Firstly the website was very good, the prices really competitive. I also thought their next day delivery was great. Another well known online angling company could learn a thing or two. Secondly their customer service was first class following a slight problem with just one item in a multiple order. This is the first time I’ve used tackle tavern but won’t be my last…

Absolutely amazed with the customer service it’s brilliant it’s there when you need it and super helpfull. The team is super kind and it’s also a brilliant shop whether your selling tackle or buying tackle new or pre loved. I couldn’t recommend a tackle shop online and in store more then I could with tackle tavern 😊

What an amazing service had an issue with a solar pod where I had lost a part for it and wasn’t usable, I had tried so many places to get a replacement part for it no one would help until I messaged thetackletavern, nick was able to sort this issue for me and order the part from solar which he even managed to even get me spares 100% recommend amazing service.
