Late delivery, zero communication. Not reliable.

Absolutely appalled by the treatment of this company to their customers! To say I'm disappointed is an understatement! No items received for the last year for the VIP box or Mini VIP box but payments have been taken! One response in Jan and still no sign of the refund!

Haven’t received order or even been notified it has even been dispatched having ordered it 21days ago! Have emailed 3 times and not had one response. Absolute scammers basically! I have opened a dispute via my payment method to try and get back my £70! Wouldn’t even give them 1 star but it’s the lowest rating available. Do not order from this company.

I'm also a VIP box member and haven't received anything since Feb 2023. I did have a Whatsapp reply on the 7th Feb 2024 to say I would be receiving a full refund within 14 working days....still nothing! Not answering phone calls now either. I'm owed £162 in total.

I feel so annoyed as it seems to have happened to a lot of us and it feels like our money has now been wrongfully taken!

Paying monthly for a VIP BOX which I haven't had one since MAY 2023 so they owe me £100. I have emailed, numerous times!!! And had no reply!!! I will be taking this further!!!!

The jumper itself is nice. Unfortunately the time it took to send it and the communication with the company was poor. Buried deep in the small print is that it could take up to 14 WORKING days to despatch (so they didn’t do anything actually wrong) but that was not made at all obvious at checkout. Then they don’t respond to emails and responses are defensive and unapologetic. Despite the product being fine I wouldn’t use again because the whole process was annoying. If they had been more upfront about the delay in despatch it would have been better.

I pay for the quarterly boxx. Haven't had a box since last April/May 2023, Before that I had missed a few too. Company owes me over £100 in goods or a refund. Have tried to contact numerous times. Got a response finally in January to say they were looking into it but no response since. Have messaged again to no reply.

Will be reporting them soon unfortunately as I just want my money back now.

Bought some items for christmas presents and need to exchange them for a bigger size. I have tried numerous times to contact them but still no reply. Happy to take our money but cant be bothered replying to emails.

I’m really struggling to get a response from the team. I noticed this week that I hadn’t received a VIP box for a while. Went onto my account and noticed I’d been paying monthly £12.50 from June 2023 to January 2024 totalling £100 but received no box. Normally I would have had 2 within this time frame. I don’t know whether the VIP boxes are still a thing or not or whether I can get my money back if it’s stopped. I’ve tried emailing, Facebook messages, instagram and WhatsApp. No reply. Can anyone help?

Great quality jumper which has washed really well. It arrived just in time for Christmas which was a bonus!

Contact is almost none existent . I received a lovely email saying I could exchange a shirt I bought for my wife . Stating I could swap it for a smaller size as the shirt was bigger than expected .

That was on the 21st of November and it’s now the 12 of December and I can’t get though to any kind of service as emails are being ignored .

Sent many messages and emails over the last 3 weeks with no response on where my order is. Very disappointing

Purchased items from TTMC however sizing was way off, size 16 t shirt was more like a size 12-14, size medium ladies was also very large. Unfortunately the website does not provide measurement guides for their products. I returned the items on 21/11/23 and have still not received my refund. I have emailed numerous times but unfortunately no one from TTMC has replied to me.

Absolutely love this brand everything is great long lasting and true to size there products are amazing and so are all the ladies

Amazing products. I own so many jumpers, hoodies and tshirts from The Tired Mama Collection. The tshirts are a perfect fit and lovely quality. I don't own another brand of tshirt, I even go to Tired Mama Collection for my plain tshirts. The hoodies are thick and comfortable and they last for years. I've ordered gifts that have been sent beautifully packaged to friends and I often ask to change colours on products and they always oblige! Amazing company with good quality products and brilliant customer service!
