Excellent customer service. Very helpful staff member when I called them. I then ordered online and item was dispatched same day and arrived the next day with a little note to say hope it makes a great Christmas present. Lovely touch.

Really prompt delivery
Really prompt delivery. Thank you. Could I suggest you send an email on confirmation of the order. Plus I registered onto their shop which said I would get a reduction on my first order but no reduction was made. Not a complaint just my thoughts.

Our systems usually send an order confirmation email, an order completed email (once it's packed and ready to be shipped) and further to this you should receive text and email updates from our courier services regarding your delivery.
Therefore it is odd that you did not receive any of these emails. However, we really want to look into this for you and resolve this issue. Further to this, your code for your first order discount is also emailed to you and unfortunately seems to be lost in the same way as the order emails. We are very sorry about this, and we are very grateful once again for review as it means that we can resolve this issue for you and ensure your shopping experience is better next time.

New wet suit purchase
I was in the market for a new wetsuit and wa ted to get it right as spending quite a bit on it. Emily went out of her way to explain all the pro and cons of the models appropriate to me. Called me back sent me and email with options and we talked sizing to try and mail this… placed my order it arrived next day , it fitted well and am really pleased with the product… would defiantly go back to them again for anything else I need.
