I've never done this sort of thing…
I've never done this sort of thing before, but after just a few days I was feeling lighter, happier, more energetic, more...like me. I wasn't expecting it to work as quickly (or even at all) since I feel like we hardly have to do anything each day. But I'm really impressed and I will definitely going. It's so easy. If just a week can be so impactful, I can't wait to see what will happen by day 30 or more! If you're on the fence about this program, it is definitely worth doing.

The most relaxed mind & body...
I have felt so relaxed that I have fallen asleep while doing the se exercises. They are so effective at helping calm my nervous system. I teach high school and it is a very mental and emotional job that often leads to physical tension and stress. This program is something I turn to for resetting and also for help calming my mind-body connection. I haven't finished all five courses yet but my go-to favorite is the 20min whole body relaxation in the first unit. I was worried it wouldnt work for me just because of skepticism and always believing a run or HIT workout would help me.destress but those are too much intensity they only add to my strain/stress when at the wrong time. These are perfect for me after a tough day or even on a good day! I have recommended to family and friends!
