So worth it!

This work has released years of tightness from last trauma. Muscles which would not switch off have finally released, the old puffiness has reduced and I feel more present and grounded the more of this work I do.

Very thorough training plan and great supporting team

The Teacher Training course is a really great training plan. Very thorough, easy to follow, and very well organised. The support team was amazing and always ready to answer questions or help whenever needed.

The weekly calls were a big highlight not just because you could get instant support but you could also connect with others in the community. The monthly mentorship calls were also incredibly helpful, with lots of detailed advice and knowledgeable guidance. Thank you for that.

What I really appreciated was that you don’t just learn the exercises, and learn the science behind them, which helps you understand the process and apply it with confidence, but you also learn something which is also effective and can really help people.

Overall, going through the course was a really positive, supportive, and well-structured experience.

Clear and intense experience

These are easy to follow instructions. The videos are very clear. The duration of the exercises are easy to implement.

I’ve been doing this for 8 days now. Before this i started following the youtube videos, but i haven’t really experienced much changes or emotions or anything for now!

I feel more relaxed and it helped me cry.

I'm on day 8. I've been extremely stressed out lately and I was at a point where I couldn't relax in my body. The first 2 days doing the exercises, I cried non stop for the full duration of the practice. I haven't cried like that since, but I feel much better in my body already. I feel happier and more at ease. I will continue this for sure. Can't wait to see how relaxed I get to feel further ahead in the course.

I really appreciated the variety of learning materials and the way content was thoughtfully interconnected throughout the course. The overall atmosphere in the Facebook group was very supportive, and Bri, as the admin and learning support, created a welcoming and encouraging space.

At the same time, I found the course quite challenging in terms of the amount of self-directed learning required. There were relatively few synchronous touchpoints or opportunities for live interaction, which made it harder to stay consistently engaged. From a pedagogical perspective, there is some opportunity to further develop the didactic approach to better support different learning styles—especially for those who are not naturally inclined toward fully independent, self-paced learning.

For example, incorporating more modern elements such as gamification, structured progress tracking, or interactive assessments could make the experience more engaging and motivating, particularly during more demanding phases of the course.

Overall, I would say this course - as the course - is a good fit for learners who enjoy working through content independently at their own pace.

The content is highly recommendable for everyone who wants to work traumasensitive and nervous system supporitve.
