Sold me a seat with a bar across and plexiglass completely blocking my view. Customer service refuses to help.

incompetent company, you allowed Rubicon Festival (Hugo Varga) to scam a lot of people, you are doing nothing to refund the people scammed, you are protecting this scammer, you refused to refund me via bank chargeback because you told my bank that I would be refunded, it's been over five months since that day and I still haven't received anything, give me my money back.

Do not buy from this company. I also bought tickets for Rubicon festival and no refund yet since July. The worst thing is they do not answer to e-mails AT ALL for months on 4 different email addresses. I also called a few times, no English speakers which is a joke if you sell internationally. They just say write email and then don’t answer the email. Also no manager available to file a complaint. So again, do not buy from them. And for you, Ticketportal.sk, REFUND my money and soon!!!!

Ticket portal and Rubicon should be locked up. The bunch of thieves took peoples monies for council events. I never paid out the concert of us cancelled in July. Today is 19th of September and still haven’t received my refund sent dozen off emails and phoned up no answer no communications. Absolutely bloody joke. I just lost €360 for two tickets then I’m never going to see this is bloody scam. Please people be careful ordering and buying your tickets through this website

Ticketportal.sk is a scam. Festival was cancelled - no money refund, no communication.

Rubicon Festival and TicketPortal are a complete scam. No event, no communication, and no refunds. Legal action should be taken against both Rubicon and Ticketportal. They took money, delivered nothing, and are not sending the refunds

Scammers, not returning money for a cancelled event, beware of them.

I bought my ticket for Rubicon Festival (200 EUR) months ago. The festival was cancelled in July, and today is August 26 — still no refund.
Despite several promises, the money never arrived. Communication is poor, only excuses, no action.

Be very careful before buying anything from them. At this point it feels like a scam: they cancelled, but keep the customers’ money.
