The tasks performed would typically include normal household cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing down paintwork, cleaning toilets and bathrooms (and depending on franchise areas) ironing. Consistent and reliable
I’ve been using them for over 2 years. Had a very positive experience. Our usual cleaner is amazing, thorough but quick and very flexible. When you account for both cleaner and agency fees, the total is reasonable/normal price for cleaner nowadays. I get 2 hours every other week. I really like that they arrange a cover whenever our usual cleaner is on holidays as reliability has been an issue before when I used single cleaner services and then another agency. Actually we liked their services so much, we decided to use their commercial arm to clean our business too.

Julie explained things very clearly. Julie was very friendly and professional at the same time. I have mobility difficulties and it is hard admitting you need help and inviting someone you don’t know into your home. But Julie made me feel very much at ease.

No to this company
This is a franchise company who do not personally know their individual cleaners . You also need to pay an additional fee just to sign up - excess of £200, so unnecessary. I have been personally mislead by this company and received poor service.

We would like to clarify that we personally know every cleaner we recommend, as each is interviewed in their own home before any work is allocated. We also do not charge any additional sign-up fees.
We asked for further details so we could investigate your account and contact both you and the local office, but unfortunately we have not received a response.

Wasn’t good, couldn’t get money back
Used this service in Tooting but wasn’t great. First arranged cleaner left early and I didn’t feel like they did a good job. So requested a different person, but second cleaner cancelled very last-minute the first two arranged cleans (once around an hour before, the other time around 10:30 the night before) so I just gave up with it then. Tried to get my money back but no luck because of the contract. Fair enough the contract was quite clear, but thought they might make an exception.

I'm sorry your experience in Tooting didn't go as it should have. A cleaner leaving early and then last-minute cancellations isn't the standard we aim for.
We're currently investigating and liaising with the local branch to establish where things went wrong and will post a response once they have returned with an answer.

Excellent service from Time For You Cleaning
My elderly mother was nervous about having a cleaner in the house but she needn’t have worried as Time For You Cleaning have been great to deal with from the outset. The arrangements all went smoothly and promptly and my mother is very happy with the allocated cleaner who took the time to introduce herself prior to starting, which was very welcome and kind. The first weekly clean has been completed and everything went smoothly and it is very comforting to know that my Mum & Dad are in safe hands - Thankyou.

We signed up with the Time for You…to assist my elderly mother in law with regular house clean
We signed up with the Time for You cleaning - East London branch for my mother in law - who is elderly and not very well.
Sam and her team was very considerate and attentive with our request. We now have Rea who has been an absolute gem and have been helping my mother in law with a better quality of life.

I found this agency on line in December 2025 and I've been with them since then. The lady I dealt with Mrs Sam Sattaur was so nice and respectful she helped me so much and she sent me a cleaner straight away I must say that lady she sent is very good at her job and she is very polite in actual fact she does everything i ask her to do.

Mixed experience
We were with Time For You for a few years. The key thing to understand is that its a franchise model: the franchisee's role is to (1) find self-employed cleaners and introduce them to you, and (2) collect direct debits from you for this matching service. They are not responsible for the quality of the clean, but will (quickly) find new cleaners if you are unhappy with the current one.
The downsides of the model are high churn in cleaners and variable quality. In our experience, 1/3 of the cleaners were good, 1/3 were average, and 1/3 were poor. While replacements were always found, this took time and meant repeatedly showing new people around the house.
Overall I'd rate 2-3 stars. Its easy to set up, especially if you need someone quickly. But longer term it can be more time consuming than finding a decent cleaner yourself. If you luck out and get a good cleaner that sticks around then it would be very good, but unfortunately that wasn't our experience.
The terms are also fairly aggressive terms for what is ultimately a casual domestic cleaning service e.g. immediate payment of direct debits, interest on late payment of fees, and penalties if you work with a cleaner outside of the fee arrangement (which is understandable - but its a £1k charge which is disproportionate).

As you mention, our role is to introduce self-employed cleaners and provide ongoing support, including arranging replacements when needed. We appreciate that changing cleaners can be inconvenient, and we're always working to improve continuity wherever possible.
Regarding our terms, we'd like to clarify that in your case no exit fee was charged. Only the agreed notice period was applied in accordance with the service agreement, and no interest charges were added. While our terms do include provisions to protect both our business and the self-employed cleaners we introduce, these are not routinely applied and are intended to safeguard the integrity of the service.
We appreciate your balanced comments about the ease of setting up the service and our responsiveness in finding replacement cleaners when required. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us continue to improve.
