Tommy Swiss Avaliações

I love the bed. It looks great. The only problem is that it came with no instructions whatsoever and when I emailed to get instructions I didn’t receive a reply. It was very difficult to get the bed together and I had a few screws etc left over so hopefully it won’t collapse. But the bed is nice.

After my mate bought his bed and liked it I thought I’d get one also. Fast postage, great price, great communication from the staff. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

Very happy with quality at such a fantastic price! Great mattress and Gus strut bed frame was a good combo great for east storage 5 star at a quarter of the price of

I have recently had the most frustrating experience dealing with Tommy Swiss. My impression is that Tommy Swiss is NOT a customer focussed business. I have wasted hours attempting to get a shipping issue sorted out to no avail. In the meantime one of the products I ordered re-listed as 'Out of Stock'. After compromising on the selection, I then still had to deal with an inept customer service team who quoted their responses literally by rote. Furthermore, one response contradicted the other. It was an exasperating experience to say the least and although the products look great, the customer experience is most certainly NOT.

We purchased a queen sized bed.

Delivered promptly, and it was received in excellent order and condition.

We have already recommended to others, and will do so again.

Excellent quality, delivered on time ,product arrived exactly as the image on the website.

I found this company to be very good to deal with. Very professional and dwlivery was made in the time frame. Courier peolle were excellent as well and so was communication with them. The bed is very comfortable and i havent had a good night sleep like this in the last 10 years. Will be definayely buying from your company again. Thank you

I love my bed, it's strong, it looks awesome and was easy to assemble. Thank you xx

Awesome product. Fast delivery!!! My bed was exactly as seen in the pictures. Easily to assemble! I will be getting another one for the spare room. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Brought a fabric bed head it was perfect what I saw is what I got it came quickly too love it

All good value for money

Really great bed, setup was a little confusing at first and didn't come with instructions, but a bit of perseverance and you'll get it setup in no time. Great design, looks good and functions really well. Really happy with this product.

Excellent service and products. Would have no hesitation in buying from Tommy Swiss again.👍👍

Good service. Happy with product. However I hate using courier serviice tbecause they never prearrange a date & time - they obviously think everyone just sits all day at home and don’t work! As I work 5 days a week, goods arrive when I’m not home and no ability to prearrange someone else to be there for me. Then I have to make other arrangements to collect goods from depot.

Fast delivery, great bed and easy to assemble
