I was initially so happy with the bed I purchased for my son. It was a great price, easy to put together and looked great. However after around 8 months one of the side rails has snapped in the middle. We are currently having to hold it up with two books wedged underneath and unsure what to do.

I guess you get what you pay for? Pretty disappointed.

We have now bought 2 Tommy Swiss beds. The first one two years ago and we were so happy with it when we needed a bed for the spare room, Tommy Swiss was the obvious choice.

TOMMY SWISS is a high quality brand. I have bought many times from them and I've always been happy with the price and quality of product I received. I highly recommend Tommy Swiss.

Easy to deal with and a really good product.

I bought a King Size bed with hydraulics and storage underneath. I had to assemble it, which wasn't a problem and it's reasonable quality for the price. It could've been easier to assemble if it had assembly instructions.

This is the third bed frame I have bought from Tommy Swiss. This one was the bed with the gas lift for under the bed storage. Looks great. Very happy and lots of room for storage

The most horrible experience ever. We ordered a king size bed frame and one month later, we only have half the package. Not to mention no answer over the phone, so have had to endure a 20+ long email chain. Can you believe the courier didn't even call or buzz the apartment and just left the parcel outside the building? I only found out it was delivered having to physically check myself. Don't think you're getting value for money here - this is honestly the worst customer service and no one should ever have to feel like it's their responsibility to chase for updates multiple times daily.

Please don't bother wasting your money. Still waiting for my bed four weeks later, as they courier 'lost' it. Still waiting for the next one but they just don't care. Customer service terrible, holding no accountability, constantly having to chase them and they're laughing about it when they think we can't hear. Absolutely disgraceful and worst experience ever.

Excellent bed and mattress for price. Exceeded expectations. Communication re delivery could be improved.

Bed head is beautiful. Had it for at least 6 months at this point and it makes for a stunning focal point when you first walk in to the bedroom. Always happy to pay for quality and would be more than happy to recommend Tommy Swiss to others. You will not be disappointed.

Grey colour bed head is nowhere near what the photos show. Light grey in the photos are actually a charcoal grey. Not that pleased with the response to the issue, but that's the drawback of online shopping.
Great price though, particularly with interstate delivery.
