Well organised and brilliant stadium tour!

Purchased the 2022/2023 3rd kit .. was an absolute joke. the person who dealt with the order just threw the jersey into some open plastic bag causing it to grease up.. you can tell no care was taken with it whatsoever.

the material of this kit is nothing but cheap rubbish. it’s equivalent to a shower curtain. when i put the jersey on it just hangs loose and isn’t a good fit at all.

$150 AUD (i’m from australia) for this rubbish. i’m currently in emails with the shop but i keep being told “it’s personalised, we can do nothing about it” so i feel like i’m not going anywhere with this atm. a club full of millionaires yet they can’t produce decent quality for a jersey. what an absolute joke.

Visited stadium for the NFL game 02nd October.
Couldn't access the store, no bags allowed. Bar ran out of beer and no food available and due to my diabetes I needed food for injections due to the length of the day. May not go back for another game again due to the problems i had.

They may have the newest ground in the Premier League but I had much better experiences at non-league football stadiums. I had a Club Hospitality package which was nothing but a farce. From start to finish the customer service was abysmal, everything about it was a sham. I feel sorry for Tottenham season ticket holders. I have tried to speak to someone on the phone about this and had no response and not spoken to anyone. Only positive was the six goals.

Bad club no help on the website for my son to not buy a shirt.No respec and no achievements in the clubs history quite pathetic to be honest.I will now only visit the best club in London,Arsenals website.

We went for my birthday to the #Dareskywalk and had a fab time, my partner has bad nerves and so does my daughter, we had a trainer called Jason he was very funny and friendly, he noticed my daughters anxiety and looked after her very well, calm and helpful and made our trip to the golden cockerel very enjoyable indeed, (apart from the few who clung to the wall lol 😂😂) such an amazing morning

Awesome stadium but dreadful service when trying to buy a drink. Away fan facilities are cramped, badly laid out and the staff serving are not trained.
Even ran out of water.

We had the most amazing stadium tour today. Nothing was inaccessible to my husband in his mobility scooter. Never been anywhere so disabled friendly. Staff ,without exception, were super friendly and helpful. The tour guides seem to have their dream jobs. Very well informed and all shared their knowledge in an extremely friendly way...and what a magnificent stadium it is. The only pity is that we didn't see the pitch as it was set up for a concert. However, the guide explained the mechanics of storing the pitch, and we were amazed that we were in fact standing several feet lower than when the pitch is rolled out. Incredible feat of engineering.

Went for a stadium tour on Wednesday 9th July, excellent overall experience, It’s a state of the art football stadium that’s for sure, Tour guide at the beginning was excellent spoke too everyone which was a really nice touch, Only thing the pitch was covered so couldn’t see the grass that was the only downside as there were concerts taking place off season so that would be why. Was well worth a visit and very easy too find from Seven Sisters tube station just a 20 minute walk.

Made the mistake of ordering a spurs kit for my grandson from official site. £67 and still no football strip. Absolutely shocking service. My son in law is in hospital fighting cancer and wanted the strip for this weekends games against the famous Glasgow Rangers ( my team). A special moment planned for his recovery. Thanks Tottenham you are a shambles.

I went to see Guns n Roses on the 1st of July.
- 2 hours late opening the doors left 1000's outside stranded in the heat without water or toilets.
- due to the delay one of the support acts cancelled the whole performance
- Guns n Roses only played a reduced set due to the delay
- Sound was absolutely terrible, the accoustaics of the stadium were shocking and the sound was completly muffled unless you were on the pitch right in front pf the stage.
- Complained to the stadium and the refused to take any responsibilty, despite the fact i have seen Guns n Roses 3 times and never had issues before
- I will NEVER go there again for a GIG and advise you not too also.

Brilliant Tottenham tour today, staff so lovely and were clearly loyal fans, very passionate about Tottenham, our first tour was Joey and his face lit up just talking about them, had a top printed and all quick and very easy to do too. Fab day out

I went to see guns n roses on the 1st of July. Staff were very pleasant but after waiting 2 hours for the doors to open and then waiting 45 minutes for the bartender to pour 2pints of lager we finally got to our seats only to finder that we could hardly hear the band. So disappointing as I have seen guns n roses before and know that it was nothing to do with their performance but the stadium itself as I don’t think it is designed to carry sound so not suitable for a concert venue.

Went to see guns and roses on 2nd July. At least we were let in on time unlike 1st july. All staff very good but the sound was appalling for the main act . A lot of yobs next to us rather ruined things . Block 503 row 21 seats 114 to 116 and the ones behind them were the problem. Drunk. Swearing. Aggressive. Smoking. Reported them and to be fair the swat team was called but we were too frightened of consequences to ask for help. We found better seats where everyone was great.
Don't go to any music events. The experience was not good. Main act 90 minutes late and proud of the fact. Many people had to leave early to get home and in view of the poor performance, or at least the perception of it given the sound system, they were the lucky ones!

Difficult to talk to, have no discretion and cannot help in most cases

Our family have followed Tottenham for over 50 years. We supported the club in many other ways and charity events. We took the 1882 £2,200 each membership.
Not worth anywhere near that money.

The staff working in that area are ineffective and badly trained.
There are no toilets dedicated to that sections. Seating is inadequate.
Menus are always wrong, on one occasion they run out of what was advertised!
Food is better in the main stadium
We arranged a so called meet and greet day- waste of time. 30 mins late, about 6 staff ( including the supervisor and manger running around like headless chickens.) We made a complaint and heard absolutely nothing.
The voucher you get for drinks. A coffee is worth the same as a Double whiskey or beer, really?
I could go on, but needless to say we have not renewed our memberships.

The tour was incredible, the stadium is beautiful! I came with a big family group including my elderly Nan and brother in a wheelchair, this is probably the most welcoming and accessible experience we have been to. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and that we could take part in every accept of the tour. I cannot recommend it highly enough COYS!

Very poor service but expected that from Tottenham , poor fans to top that off putting me next to that I mean some London people need to stop beating women stop living in there mothers address and get a life.. oh guys be careful while your in London not the most safe place to live they talk crap about other people and they really should look in the mirror I’ll laugh if Tottenham not in the champions league next season as they don’t deserve it really this goes to some London people put your crack and smack down also your little blade away and get away from football all together you don’t deserve to be in that club

I paid for premium seats for myself and a guest whose 50th birthday pressie this was. Included was supposed to be finger food and complimentary drinks.

This we could not find in the lounge , even asking various members of staff. Complained to the premium team ,but all I got back from them was a dismissive sorry for the inconvenience and the inference that I was stupid for not finding it. Had an offer of an upgrade for another match, but this requires me to spend more money with them and I am reluctant to do so. A simple partial refund would of shown some good will . A premiership football team who make millions and pay players millions of pounds and they couldn`t even be bothered to refund me £50??? Think this shows exactly what they think of the fans?? Spurs are a bunch of money grabbing millionaires??!!. (bar stewards)
