Don't have any complaints with Tours4fun (I'll give 6 * to them in my past tours), but this time maybe only 3 stars coz Tours4fun grouped us with all Chinese-speaking tourist in Fairfield, partnered with Skylar agency that was in charge of our Aurora viewing tours. 1st night of the Aurora chase was okay, we were led by an Alaskan local so English was no problem, and John our guide is amazing. 2nd night, we were again grouped with all Chinese-speaking tourist, the guide keeps on talking to them in "Chinese" and didn't even bother asking about us, we would have been left behind if I didn't call the attention of the guide. 3rd night, the agency still proceeded with the aurora chase even it was snowing and obvious that we wont see Aurora, for sure Skylar don't want to reimburse us that's why they still pushed through. So we just stayed in this cabin with nothing to do but wait. Morgan, our tour guide the following day made-up for it coz he stayed with us inside Museum of the North and explained everything in english.

We would like to tell about our tour guide Rhay who is very good communicator in English and knowledgeable about the places we went to. We enjoyed the trip so much and encouraged to do more traveling with friends and family. He is an asset to your company. As well as to our driver of bus # 3068 , with his driving skills made our trip safe and easy and on time! Fantastic service and great experience!

the itinerary is very well designed, with various activities covering various activities, and the same time it is very well paced. All the hotels are wonderful. Highly recommend it!

In 2025 we planned a family vacation of 5 days at Rocky Mountains through tours4fun. The itinerary and arrangements were very nice. Guide explained in details with added humor in it.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jack Zhong for leading us through the breathtaking tours of Pebble Beach, the 17-Mile Drive, Twin Peaks, and Yosemite. Each location was a highlight, and your guidance made every moment special.

Our sincere appreciation also goes out to Sam Li, whose friendly and efficient welcome at LAX Terminal B on our arrival day set the perfect tone for our entire adventure.

We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Mayson! He’s incredibly frank, which made everything feel honest and refreshing, and his great sense of humor kept us laughing throughout the tour. Mayson has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and engaged, turning the whole experience into something truly enjoyable and memorable.

Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a guide who is not only knowledgeable but also fun to be around!

Well balanced between number of attractions and travelling time. Expert tour guides and skillful drivers showed well their familiarity with remote areas and their helpfulness to passengers. Good communication throughout the trip.

It was such an awesome trip having you around as our tour guide/ coordinator. We enjoyed the whole Las Vegas trip, the wonders of Grand Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, etc. You have imparted the history of each tourist destinations and we appreciate it much. The entire trip runs smoothly despite having a big group of tourists of various ages. You've managed them pretty well. Kudos to you. Your warmth, your smile.. Your enthusiasm gave us the energy to look forward for more knowledge about the places to see the next day.

Thank you so much. We wish to express the same appreciation to Jack Zhong. We also had an amazing trip of Peeble Beach, and 17-mile Drive, San Francisco, Yosemite National Park, etc. He was so helpful with our luggage and considerate of our need for restroom breaks.

Thumb up to Mr. Leo our tour guide/driver. We have wonderfull trip

Great value for a budget friendly trip which included all the must see locations in the most efficient way. I am a Tours4 Fun repeat traveler.

It was a great experience. Hao (Tour Guide) was great. Driver drove us safely to all locations.

Accommodations were good. Only 2 feedback -

Corning Glass Museum needs more time and Capitol is a free service - dont charge customers for that..

Good tour service

The tour was well-managed by Tours4Fun. I requested at my hotel pick-up, and everything went smoothly. The guide was professional and bilingual (English & Chinese). I also appreciated that there was no pressure to visit the Ice Museum, which allowed us to enjoy the Chena Hot Springs for much longer.

雖然我和太太只參加兩日團(3/11-12/2026)( Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and Antelope Canyon)，由於我個人全程坐在導遊兼司機Leo Liu右邊座位，我倆觀察到Leo是位充份盡責的導遊和認真小心駕駛的司機。感受到他的盡忠職守，待人以禮，平易近人和樂意協助團友們解決問題，盡得眾團友的讚賞。

Rain or shine, the trip continued uninterrupted. Tour guide Mark showcased the city of Seattle's hidden gems. The trip was truly memorable, and we will undoubtedly return to Seattle soon!

Booked through online but the website had a glitch and picked wrong dates , they charged and didn’t refund back , customer service was too worse to listen my complaint . Very bad experience.

Egypt side was not total satisfy and Jordan side was better

I had a great time. Things went smoothly on schedule . Christine, our English tour guide was great. The tour itself was amazing. The only complaint I have was the other tour guide who smoked during the tour around the tourists and I hate smelling the cigarettes. My suggestion is that she can have her cigarette break somewhere not around people. Also no one picked us up from hotel which was arranged prior to our arrival. No calls informing us if late or unable to get us so we took the uber.
