Easy ordering, great price. Good looking poles. Wife yet to use them but she's very happy with them. I don't do prime as not happy with their knock Knock run approach to a rubbish delivery service.

Great product at a great price Website easy to use. Air bed delivered in stated time. Only problem was the cardboard box was so tough to open!
Inflation was easy as was deflation. It packed easily into the bag provided.
Recommend the use of an under blanket as it can feel cold under you.

There was a problem with the delivery time line, having paid extra for next day delivery it did not arrive until I had left for my holiday. Hence only four star review. The company promptly repaid the extra delivery cost. The walking poles I had ordered were just what I had hoped for. This was my first dealing with this company, so see what the future holds with my next purchase.

The ordering and delivery were fine, but as the poles turned out to be far to stiff to manipulate I tried to return them. I ran into problems with your website which made a simple request for a return label so complicated that I gave up and returned the package at my own expense via Royal Mail. Am now waiting for confirmation of return and a refund.

Use a dependable courier! It's now over a week, and there are no signs of the goods being deleiverd.

However, on 18th March the goods were delivered. We used it last night, and had a brilliant sleep.

Ordered some walking poles which arrived quickly. The poles are ones that fold up and extend with a locking pin that needs to go in to place. One worked great while the other wouldn't pop in to place. I emailed the company and got a pretty immediate response and a replacement sent out quickly. Excellent customer service and would order again, and special thanks to Rachel for the help!

We purchased a wind break for our Motorhome.
Sadly it got lost by the courier company but was swiftly replaced by Trail Outdoor Leisure. Customer service and delivery were excellent
