Excellent service and customer care
We purchased a wind break for our Motorhome.
Sadly it got lost by the courier company but was swiftly replaced by Trail Outdoor Leisure. Customer service and delivery were excellent
The product is yet to be used but looks well made and strong!

The tent arrived in good time.
The tent arrived in good time.
I was notified of delivery progress.
And it was all in good condition o n delivery.
Waited for the lawn to be dry and then pumped it up... Instructions are clear and soon had it up and inner tent and groundsheet attached.
Feels bigger than I expected and good quality.
Looking forward to using it in earnest later in the year.
I didn't attempt to get it all back in the bag provided (though I'm sure some folk can). Instead I put it into a large suitcase I have. (I prefer this as it offers more protection from possible puncture from other items in the shed where it will be stored.

First and last time I shop here
No wonder this was the first time I had heard of this company and I can assure you it will be the LAST! Absolute rubbish. Who sells a Z-Fold walking pole that uses loose string to hold it together? These clowns, that's who! It had no tension and so immediately falls apart when placed horizontally for use. Then trying to get a return shipping label is a joke too. You fill in the returns form, which MUST have a photo or video attached but you don't get a QR code OR printable label. Cheap, rubbish and scammy if you ask me. Don't buy here.

Great product- child's sleeping bag
Great product- child's sleeping bag. My granddaughter loves the colour choice and how the sleeping bag can be easily put in its carry bag. Just what we were looking for.
