I think they were a bit sluggish and…
I think they were a bit sluggish and lack connection with the customers. They also should learn how to be able to educate first time travelers to curb naivity. The service was between average and/or below average. But at the end of the day the got me the ticket though. They might actually know what they are doing. But need to improve in their courtesy and etiquette more.

I bought the ticket just after after struggling to purchase it on line.
I bought the ticket just after there had been a major wifi disruption and could just not complete the purchase process on line, at the agency they worked their way through it.
