Had a great experience with Brandon. He followed up immediately when the lower fare was not available but was able to book my same flight wishes at a slightly higher rate.

Best price tickets by about $100 per tickets. Very good communication right away and to update on changes.

I would like to commend Major, one of your managers. I did some research and choose your Company. I completed my ticket information, under the time given to do so. I was so happy to get the price. This is the first trip my grandchildren have ever been on. This was a promised trip, from their father ,our son. Unfortunately he passed at 38 yrs. Old, 2yrs ago. The children watched him pass for 2 yrs.
When I called to get my seat assignments, I was told the price had changed.I didn't and couldn't understand, and was very angry. Once I spoke with Major, he was able to allow me vent, then calmed me down. He then explained how your site works to my satisfaction. I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them. I felt heard and helped properly. After confirming our 5 flights, he also did my seat assignments. Thank you for going above and beyond. I had another issue with ticket names and he is right on it. Our family can now relax because your company treated us like family. Thank you.

I was nervous to use this sight because I had never used it before and I didn't know if they were really going to email me my airline tickets or not, but I got them and was able to text the guy that helped me with questions, who texted me back immediately with answers and more help that I needed and additional emails sent with information that I asked for. Hopefully I won't have problems at the airport when I leave on my trip in 6 weeks, but so far the service from Travoman has been great. Other airlines you have to chat with a robot online to get questions answered after your purchase and wait 45 minutes or more for an actual person to get on the chat line to answer your question or resolve any issues.

My Sister planned a Birthday trip to Cancun, and the prices were very high because we waited too late; a friend of mine sent me a rate that was amazing from Travoman, and I booked with a charming agent Brandon and sent the other people going on our trip (15) his number and they called and booked.
We are all set to go, and then our flights get canceled, and no one knew why at the time ( a glitch in the system, not their fault; it was on the news), and this is a day before we have to be in Mexico.
We all called Mr. Ronnie Davidson, Manager - Sales & Operations Travoman Support Desk, and he took care of everything.
We were paranoid, thinking it was fishy, and he reassured me very confidently that everything would be fine in the morning the next day by 9 am, and by 8 am, we were all set the next day.
I had a direct number the entire time, and it felt good to have that support from the company you do business with.
I will use them again; I also forgot to mention we were on a premium airline which is important to me when I’m heading out of the country.
