Faulty Ankle Wellies
I have only given one star because I do like the design and I do love Scandinavian products.
I have purchased 2 pairs of Tretorn ankle wellies (sadly, or stupidly because they fit so well I never kept the receipts of both pairs) over the last 18 months and both pairs have split on the seams. I only take a size 36 shoe size. They split after about 6 months each one. Tretorn will not take any responsibility and just tell me to contact the retailer I purchased them from. I have since read other people have encountered this fault. I won’t be buying this brand again unfortunately.

We always want our products to meet expectations, so we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As the boots were purchased through a retailer, the complaint process is normally handled by the store where the purchase was made as they manage warranty claims directly.
If the receipt is no longer available it may sometimes be possible for the retailer to locate the purchase through a bank transaction and assist further.

Bad quality (bought them twice)
Two times I bought an expensive pair of Tretorn shoes (different models) and both pairs got broken real fast. Rubber is coming loose, seams coming apart. When I went back to the store with the first pair, the person helping me wasn't surprised, they told me about Tretorns being returned all the time. Altough I love the way they look, I would never recommend buying those shoes

Defect after few months
I bought a pair of Blasia Boots in October 2025. They are very comfortable to walk in, but unfortunately (despite the high price) they already broke a few weeks ago. On both boots, there are small cracks on top of the foot, near the toes where the boot bends. In addition, the sole is leaking somewhere. The sole absorbs water, and when I walk it sounds as if a little chick is squeaking inside. Such a shame for the money I spent.

Von der Bestellung bis zum Versand war…
Von der Bestellung bis zum Versand war alles in Ordnung. Aber wenn man nicht weis welche Größe man hat muss man ja auch mehrere Größen bestellen.
Die Schuhe die man dann aber zurückschicken muss, dass die einem noch mit fast 10€ in Rechnung gestellt werden absolute Frechheit. Wir mussten doppelt bestellen (leider) also sind fast 20€ zusammen gekommen. Der Kinderschuh kam 85€ im Sale, 100€ regulär.

I bought some of the ankle length rubber boots which have been fantastic through the winter months and I absolutely love them. However I had an issue with one of the boots and contacted customer service. Frida dealt with the problem and was excellent from start to finish. Absolutely fantastic customer service.

Kjøpte ett par med sko 15.januar, skulle få de levert av Ups. Fikk ingen hentekode eller beskjed om at de var levert. De ble deretter sendt tilbake til Tretorn sitt lager. Har prøvd å kontakte kundeservice to ganger og får ikke svar. Hadde ikke kjøpt her igjen om jeg visste dette….

Helt obegripliga storlekar och passform. 37 är för litet och 38 för stort. Skorna glappar i hälen oavsett. Har köpt två olika modeller av deras hybridskor och upplevt detta på båda. Det är synd för att skorna är snygga och praktiska.
Ett annat minus är att returer kostar 49kr.

After waiting 2 years to afford to buy a very expensive pair of short welly Tretorn boots, the sole split within 2 months & they now fill with water as soon as it rains. Really expensive & totally useless 🥲

Blasia boot sole cracked within 2 months
I ordered a pair of Blasia boots in September 2025. I was over the moon with them at first. Comfortable, water proof, stylish, but the sole of one of the boots cracked within 2 months. Customer services were responsive and sent a new replacement pair when I reported the issue. I'm hoping this pair won't split!

Ärendet gällde en retur och det belopp som kvarstod på fakturan. Vid köp tillkommer en fraktkostnad på 39 kr som inte återbetalas och vid retur dras en returavgift på 49 kr av från varans värde. Återbetalningen har därför skett korrekt enligt våra villkor.
