Thank you for your honest feedback and, most importantly, for choosing us for the past three years. We’re really sorry that the brass plates were fitted to the wrong trophies this time. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have to correct them yourselves.
We truly appreciate your understanding and are very grateful that this has not put you off using us again. We have raised the issue with our production team to help ensure it does not happen in future.
Perfect thank you

Unique and artful trophy
After looking for a unique and creative trophy for my graduating student, I came across Trophy Monster. Their designs, materials, colors were so inspiring. The trophy I picked was artful and a contemporary design that matched the student’s personality. I had landed in the right place. Thank you Trophy Monster, I’ll come back for more in the future.

Run Breckland Bespoke Medals
Run Breckland is a small charity events company putting on affordable runs from 2K to full marathons. For our smaller events, to keep prices down we use Trophy Monster for bespoke acrylic medals. Our runners love these as they are always good quality with sharp colours. Their design team are always happy to work with us to accommodate any changes required. A great company and continue to use them for our medals.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order.
Our advertised lead time is 7–10 working days for production, plus the delivery service selected at checkout. This is stated on our website and order confirmation, as our items are manufactured to order.
Your order was dispatched within the advertised production lead time and sent using the delivery service selected at checkout. We also offered the option to upgrade the delivery service, but unfortunately did not receive a response.
We are sorry that you were unhappy with the acrylic medals ordered. These were supplied as described, but we are always disappointed when a customer is not happy with their order.
We would always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any concerns, so we have the opportunity to look into the issue and try to resolve it.
