Thank you for your review.
I am really sorry your order arrived a day later than needed for your presentation evening. I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
As you kindly noted, the dispatch estimate shown was 7–10 days, but we do always try our best to work around event dates wherever possible. I am sorry that on this occasion the timing did not quite work out as hoped.
Thank you again for ordering from Trophy Monster, and I do apologise for the frustration caused.

Well it is always with in trepidation when we look at or take on a New Supplier.
No need to worry here as the Team at Trophy Monster have been absolutely spot on. The service offered by the staff has been amazing with follow up emails and phone calls to make sure that they had got the orders just right. All of the Trophy's and Medals are just as ordered and the Trophy Name Tags are clear and exactly as ordered. This one is going in my diary for a repeat next time.

Rudy and his team went above and beyond to make custom acrylic awards for our organization, including modifying the size of the standard base to accommodate our design. This was all done quickly and at a very reasonable price. The turn around time was very quick, and the awards were packaged very well for shipping.
