I just wanted to extend my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received regarding my recent order. After I raised a query about the missing items, I was genuinely impressed by how swiftly the issue was resolved—the replacements arrived within 48 hours, which was far beyond my expectations. Not only that, but the lady (Abbie) who handled my query went above and beyond by identifying a problem with the original delivery company and proactively choosing a different courier to ensure the items reached me without delay. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach made all the difference, and it’s rare to experience such genuine care in customer service these days. Please do pass on my appreciation to her, I am truly grateful.

Tried the Wild Mint diffuser for the first time to help with the whiffy under sink cupboard in our new kitchen. What a difference! Definitely the “strong fragrance” promised and as replacing the sink trap didn’t work I’ll have to keep buying the True Grace refills!

I have been buying True Grace products for years and absolutely love them. I purchased a number of small bottles of Black Lily fragrance oil (some as gifts) for my electric diffuser and oil burner.
The fragrance is great, as usual, but the bottles do not have a dropper system so it is impossible to add them to the water without spilling the oil.
Customer service informed me that the product was only for use in their electronic diffusers – the description on the website does not say this: it actually says that they can be used in oil burners.
I have had to purchase new bottles with droppers and decant the oil into them in order to use the product.
I know True Grace have previously used different bottles – please revert back to them because they are so much more fit for purpose.
