SCAMMING CON ARTISTS!!!!
CON ARTISTS, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!! They’ll take your money, send false tracking info and dodgy links and you’ll receive nothing then be cut dead when they learn you’re on to them. Claim your money back from your bank as an unreceived item due to scammers and tell the World what a pile of **** they really are by using every platform you can. Positive reviews are obviously also fake!
Ignore their fake response of fixing all issues! Already emailed full details multiple times and fobbed off with garbage before all comms were dropped: Order 171657, Micro-Lift System at $49.95, refills $59.70, “Shipping Protection” $4.95 = total $114.60
Spare yourselves the hassle, don’t purchase anything, and if you have then claim from your banks or credit cards and ensure they are reported and investigated. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Lid does not fit over serum
I paid $124 for 6 bottles along with the $79 promotion for 6 more bottles. The needling lid does NOT FIT across the serum lid! And the needles are on a roller instead of the punch kind as shown in the videos.
There is NO WAY TO EVEN TRY THE PRODUCT. AND IF ANY SEAL IS BROKEN THEY CLAIM TO ONLY REFUND 35% OF THE PAYMENT.
THE Email response is a repeated computer generated message to take a picture of the products to prove the seals were never broken.
The OTHER scary part is the METAL WARNING in the instructions, which was never listed in the ingredients going into the skin. Apparently all people are allergic to metal toxins or can have an allergic reaction, so DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!

The shipping progress is the slowest shipping I have ever had in my lifetime and I order at least 14 packages a week from Amazon to Pat Pat to trendy toddlers and various other beauty companies and never has one taken this long. I won’t be ordering from them again, the product is all the way in China. I’d rather order something that’s produced right here in the United States.

This seems like a scam. I still have not received the order - and keep getting the same message to contact customer service and that the shipment will be followed up on. I have contacted customer service on numerous occasions and the shipping information declared this parcel as "expired", but still they will not refund me. Order date 10 November 2024, now it is 5 February 2025.

Complete scam full of con artists
I ordered an introduction package for less than $80 and they billed me for nearly $300. It took days for them to remedy the charges then they used some Rogue deplorable delivery service who said they delivered my package nearly 3 weeks ago I had to fight with their customer service in emails on complete different continents apparently and their customer service team are deplorable scam artists. They told me to reach out to the delivery service myself and then they gave me a bogus number. Days and days of more emails back and forth and they eventually sent me a photo of what they called proof of service or proof of delivery the photo was of a package on a random desk in the lobby of my secure apartment building we have three secured and locked package rooms for deliveries fully marked fully accessible to anybody who delivers packages and wants to secure them including lock and key Amazon like lockers. Instead this guy just threw the package on some random desk at the lobby where there is massive Street traffic and a bus stop and I never received my product I countered their proof of delivery with all of the photos of the desk and all three of my mailrooms and this scam operation full on ghosted me and has not returned my money or replace the product or even reply to emails. Just Beware by ordering this product they are clearly a bunch of scam artists con Hitmen just trying to make money on the internet without actually fulfilling the purchase. Since they are apparently on a different continent there is no recourse. Complete garbage company
