I never received the product. They sent me a phone number for a local delivery service. Not UPS or USpS. Called several times only got voicemail and they never returned. Try Glamory refused to refund even though I never received the product. Now the delivery service voicemail is full. This is a scam ladies. Do not buy unless you want to lose your money

I left a review a couple of days ago. They finally refunded my money after my credit card company got involved. I still have 6 vials that I can't figure out how to open.

I ordered 2 flacone as advertised 75% off, but received 2 packs (12 pieces) for $212. I was shocked. Tried to call them, and emailed of course. No response at all. I don’t recommend at all to shop with them.

This is a scam. People do NOT buy any thing from this place because it is a scam. Theirs phone number is bogus it is not in service and you will not get ANY help or answers on their fake email. They are NOT credited with Better business bureau. This is a scam

I ordered a $30.00 special. When I entered my debit card information the screen did not show an overview of my purchase and the amount to be paid, it just said "Thank you for your order". I had to go to my debit card app to see the charge. They charged my card $189.00!
I immediately returned to their ad and requested a full refund. Their policy states that you are able to cancel your purchase as long as you do so within 24 hours of placing the order and the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued for the full amount of purchase. Exactly 10 minutes after my purchase, I canceled payment and the order via email. 5 minutes later, I received a return email from them only to state that my order has already shipped and can not be refunded. Everytime that I email these scammers, the response is always the same, "Thank you for your order. Your order has been shipped" As of today, I have not received the order. I was even charged for speedy delivery in 3 days. If or when I receive this product, I can assure you that it will go to a lab for testing! There is no telling what's in those vials. If you will rob from the disabled, you'll do anything! I don't know how the companies get buy with stealing. Because that's exactly what they do.

I never eceived the order. It is now 2 months without receiving anything. Asked for a refund. Did not receive it. Only msg staying they will follow up on shipping. This seems like a scam

I made the purchase on December 7th and even though I paid for express shipping, the product arrived a month later. I just applied it. Am I the only one who's skin was left sticky? Anyone else?

I placed the order on 6 Dec and till now I have not received the items and the support team are of no help. This is a scam and I now have to report this to my credit card company to cancel the transaction

I ordered on Dec.12th. 2024, didn't receive until Jan. 2nd. 2025! I even paid for express shipping. So hang in there, for people who are still waiting. I haven't used it yet but plan on using tonight. Also, No instructions whatsoever, so be prepared to go online to see how to use it. I will be leaving another review after 2 uses.

I never received my package, and then I get an email almost a month later saying that they had problems delivering it and asking for my address again!!! I immediately asked for a refund and now nobody’s responding… THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!

I got my order today Jan 3. No instructions. You have to go online to read instructions. It feels like the needles aren’t long enough to go deep in skin. I feel like it just helps me spread the serum on. I think results are more from serum. I have to use my needling first then that so it’s gets deeper. I don’t feel the needles work well. I ordered the first order then I ordered extra for a deal ..but they sent me two of the same and charged more on one. I see if it works in few weeks. So far I’m not impressed to have to put it together with no instructions in box.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! They took over $200 from me!! I’ll be reporting them for their unethical practices.

I am taking the product so called serum to a lab at the University my son works at to see if it’s what they say! If not then I will hire a attorney that my friend knows in China

ridiculous!!! No instructions to tell you how to put the thing together, so like another user above, just taking everything off and just using it like a serum. DETAILED INSRUCTIONS ARE NEEDED/NECESSARY. Boooooo

Still waiting for my order over three months ago and they refused on giving me a refund! THE WORST EXPERIENCE

I ordered this product and was charged $89.95 for one system and $119.00 for the second system. I then went on Amazon and the same system was only $15.99 (hello...what?). It hasn't shipped yet so I'm trying to cancel it. I sent the email to info@...
We'll see what happens. I did CC myself.

Ordered and received in a few days. Look forward to a softer look! At 76, not looking for a miracle, just a bit of softness!!
