Have not received my order from December 15, 2024. Their website has no contact information and cannot find any on the internet. They were QUICK to take the money! Paypal Glamory page shows a tracking number but UPS, Fedex nor the USPS have the parcel. Said they would send me an email when shipped. The only email I have received is for signing up for their newletter. Well I got a story for them-ship or pay up! I want product or a refund immediately. OR IS THIS A SCAM? Getting ready dispute with Paypal!

I was just looking at the site, to see what it would cost me. Did not OK a payment with them at all. My 3 yr old granddaughter was at my place I dropped my phone on the floor she picks it up right away and just so happens she had her finger on the complete button. I texted them within 3 minutes….and again another 5 times to stop that from going through. Never any response at all, after this BS with them NEVER would I ever order from them again. I have glov and just wanted to see what the difference in pay was. Glov is the best…still have not heard from them after 3 days, no phone number, nothing. Thats it for me put a stop payment on the product…and will never look back. GLOV is my favorite 😍

I authorised $29.95 and they have charged $179 to my card!

On December 7th, 99 USD and $74.80 from my account, and I immediately canceled the order. I am still waiting for my refund. I filed a dispute with PayPal, but the company insists that I must close the dispute before they can process my refund. They refuse to issue the refund to my bank account until I comply. This practice is unacceptable. I do not understand why I have to close the PayPal dispute to receive what is rightfully mine. It feels like they are deliberately stalling. I demand that my refund be processed without any further delay.

I never received my parcel – I’ve called several times customer service. Nobody picks up.!!!!!

The carrier with the tracking number will not say what address they sent it to just the city and the delivery date so I believe it’s software scam for the carrier service

The phone number they gave me to call the courier. Service does not work and says to call 611 to get a new phone number.

Don’t bother with Glamory. Try a different system. Cust Svc awful, orders incomplete and just all around bad experience. Many regrets

Ladies!!! Pls pls do not use this not real products!! It’s not the same as the original kind…pls do your homework and compares to the real products! There is no customer service number and the return address it’s from China😬😬😬…it’s a scam and not real product to put on your faces period ❌👎

It has been a month, and I paid xtra to receive my parcel in 2 weeks.
On the 19th of November is the last tracking date and now my parcel is just missing.
When I request an answer I'm told to be patient "they looking into it"
Clearly the parcel has been lost, why no details for refund.

They've been writing me for months.
I accepted their offer of buy 2 get 4 free. That's £16.95 each.
Should have been £33.90 out of my account.
They took £100.
Disgusting thieves.
Im taking legal action and I'm looking to blacklist them for good.

To the nay sayers....I'm a real customer and I love this product. Yes it comes from China, but it's not a scam. If you order online often, many of the things you buy come from China. That's a personal choice, but don't say it's a scam if you have never tried it. Your loss!

I placed the order after reading the information from this company website. My order is shipped from China!!!! I don’t want a skincare product from China! So I wrote to stop this from shipping out and demand a refund. This company is a scam!!!

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. They never answer the phone. I’ve been trying to get a credit after I sent the product back & nothing. Terrible.

Needle heads do not dispense product. Used a few times and bottle product line has not moved. Waste of money

This does not do what it says it will do!!! I’ve ordered it 2x with multiple serums and the device. Nothing changed!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS…… It’s all lies!!!!!!

This company needs to work on their customer service and delivering a product that actually works. I placed my order and was looking forward to using the product as it had many good reviews on Facebook. 2 of the needleheads did not dispense the product. I contacted the company by email several times and all they've done is email instructions, which I had followed precisely. They then asked for a video of the faulty needlehead, which I sent to them and I'm still waiting for a reply. I would have just returned everything but the return policy is just ridiculous because I had opened the box the vials came in however, the vials were still sealed. So it appears I'm out about $160CDN. I got sucked in by this spineless company that doesn't give a crap about its customers. Never again.

I need bigger instructions, I already lost one bottle or at least a picture on how to put the bottle together. I’m being honest with you and would like to be a regular customer as soon as I can put the two together without leaking all out. Please contact me! Ty
