Horrible company! Returned my item with no refund. Had to fight with them, prove again and again with receipts and tracking number. Returned item nearly two months ago…. Still do not have my refund. Buyer beware. I din’t know how the product works but if anything like I experienced…it doesn’t!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that they should call their credit card company to get a refund. My card company went to bat for me and got me a full refund!

I ordered family and was using for over a month. First of all, I did not see any difference in lip lines and wrinkles.
Second issue, I left infusion bottle on vacation and would NOT allow me to reorder just that. I had to place a whole new order of system and product.
I did and broke my infusion bottle BUT am NOT willing to place a third order so this was a complete WASTE of a lot of money. I still have quite a bit of the product but can not apply without micro meddling bottle. WASTE!!!!!!

I’m only giving a one star review because they don’t have zero! This product should be taken off the market. I wondered why comments were turned off on their TikTok reels now I know why. I used this microneedling serum and used it 3 times. Now I’m sitting here with a face full of tiny blisters and immense swelling of my face. The blisters popped and scabbed and I have hard lumpy spots in my cheeks and forehead I can’t get a hold of anyone from this company to complain to. It’s even GONE from my orders tab on TikTok. Like it was never purchased. I don’t advise anyone to use this product. Go ahead and spend the money for a professional to microneedle you. Worst product use in my life! If I knew who to sue I would! I’m miserable and my face looks disgusting!

It is a total scam. I am reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General for mail fraud. It came with no instructions and then after I got it they contacted me to give thier workers a tip....are you kidding? This is absolutely a no way product. I never ask for a refund but they gave me instruction to take photos of my face before I started and video of me using it, get real people.

I had purchased, the first time the device did not dispense product, waste. I contacted the company and they advised me to try a few things which I did and still nothing. Then they told me to take pictures and send them, which I did and as of today I had gotten no response except the same link to the video as to how to apply.
I tried again this past weekend, left bottle at room temp for approx. 4 hours, I laid down on the bed to apply and still did not dispense unless I used force which of course pushing the needles deeper than they should be.
I'm very disappointed in their customer service and I did purchase enough for a year, bad choice on my part.
Where are all these wonderful reviews coming from, the company or real people. If it's too good to be true, then IT'S TOO good to be true. Out a substantial amount of money with their poor customer service.

I warmed the product to body temperature I turned the bottles with product and needle cap upside down for a long time I applied while laying down at no pint did any serum get released from the bottle in my skin
I just had to slap in on after
So it’s a bad design if your expecting it to deliver product into your skin as you micro needle
I would invest in a micro needle roller
As micro needling feels very good and great way to decrease fine lines
Just I would not buy this again it’s dose not deliver what it claims too
I not one to write reviews but wanted to warn people that this doesn’t work as said I’ve tried everything to make the serum deliver while using. It shouldn’t be that hard even if there is a way I don’t believe there is

The system isn’t very well designed. The micro needles don’t release the serum properly, well at all. They try and give you ‘how to’ information, but it doesn’t work. If you ask for a refund, within the 30 days, they give you the runaround. Then they say they want before & after photos. Even when I supplied everything they ask for, I was offered a $17 refund on a $90 purchase. I never received the $17. Complete and total scam of a company.

I am 63 years old and have always placed great importance on my skincare. I am not one to just impulsively buy products. I do my research, read reviews and more often than not decide against purchasing. I am also not someone who just writes reviews for fun or for the occasional discount offered for writing a review. I was both intrigued and skeptical about purchasing the Glamory infusion system. My hesitation was primarily due to the fact that the before and after photos I found, seemed to be of very young women (23- 35yrs old).
I decided to try it since it was not expensive, and they offered a full refund.
All I can say is WOW! I cannot express strongly enough on paper just how blown away and thrilled I am with this product. It is painless, easy to use, and I literally began to notice results within 12 hours. The under eye patches are also game changers. I do not usually wear a lot of makeup when I am not going out. I just do my daily skincare and sunscreen. Approximately 5 days after I began using this system, two different ppl commented that my skin looked amazing.
As I continue to use the system, the positive improvements continue. I have already re ordered enough of. the product to last a year, as I know periodically they run out.
Every product is not for everyone. That said, I strongly and enthusiastically encourage you to give this system a try. Hopefully you will be as excited as I am about your results!!

This company is a scam !!! It doesn't work!!! They set it up so you can't get your money back once you open there package !!! The best they will do is offer 20% Refund !! BEWARE OF TRYGLAMORY !!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I used it all over my face and woke up the next morning with about 100 blisters all over my face. I immediately emailed the company from their provided email; it was returned non-deliverable. I then called the phone number and it was NOT a working number. Went to the BBB and they did get in touch with the company and they would not correspond with me thru the BBB. I then was told that I can return the product if the product was not open or used; and I had to have the original papers and packaging; if any were removed; it will not be returnable. There satisfaction and money back guarantee is nothing but a lie. I sought from tic tok and there was nothing that I remember seeing and how can you try the product if you can’t open it! It is a nice little scam they have / if you are thinking about buying it; good luck and keep your money! They do not deserve your money and you do not deserve to put poison in your face! It is a joke!!!

I’ve never received the microneedling x6 product. I’ve tried emailing customer service as well as responding via a link in the numerous ads that are continuing to be sent to me, but received no response. (I don’t think the button was live.) I got tired of typing out my whole message just to see if the link would work, so started to just send an email or press the contact button in the ads with “Test” in the subject line, but I always received a “can’t deliver” message in return. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, and a week or so later got a message back from them (responding to one of my Test emails, oddly enough, that said they were sorry I hadn’t received my product and they would look into it, but it’s been at least a week and I haven’t heard a thing. Can you help?

I wish I would have read the reviews before I looked at this page.never ordered this,never received this, but was charged for many different items.first they changers my PayPal,I shut that down,then they tried my debit card,stopped due to suspicious activity ,then they got my checking account numbers and it went thru! I CANT BELIEVE THIS!!!!’what a scam!I will find them and track my money down.how the hell do people get away with this!!’nn

1) It reads you have to use a new needle head every session, but none of the packages offer additional needle heads, nor do they offer them on the website. The packages only offer additional serums.

2) Paid $4.95 for VIP shipping on 1st order on 9/17 which took 17 days. Website states non VIP orders normally take 7-10 days and international orders 10-14 days. Emails state my order was “fulfilled and ready to be shipped on 9/17”.

3) Have not received any correspondence regarding 2nd order placed on same day for 109 on 9/17.

I have emailed customer support and requested to return what I have received & to not make any further shipments. I also asked they not block my email. I will update if/when I receive a response. So far, they get a big F from me.

It took me 20 minutes to get the cap off 1 of 3 tiny bottles filled mostly with water. I used the microneedle provided but saw no difference the next morning. It's NOT worth the money!

DON’T EXPECT TO GET ANY HELP FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY HAVE AN INCORRECT PHONE # LISTED ON THEIR WEBPAGE AND THE CONTACT FORM DOESN’T CONNECT. AS WELL ANY EMAILS TO THEM GET SPIT BACK ‘UNDELIVERABLE’. BUYER BEWARE!

I contacted Customer Service about missing microinfusion bottle. It took me a bit to realize it was missing because no packing slip or instructions were included. Not even any info were it came from on mailing label. After finally reaching C S thru email I was told to send photo of items I did recieve. I explained in detail what I had recieved and not able to attach the miconeedle lids to bottles the serum came in I watched a YouTube video to figure out I did not have application bottle. I was then told nothing could be done without my order number. I explained I did not have that because of lack of any kind of paperwork included. After no response from them I reached out again to find out I'd been BLOCKED. This is unacceptable to me. I've spent over $100.00 on a product I cannot use because the way to apply it properly was missing from my order. I want to go further with my complaint but I'm not sure where to go next with my complaint. I came across this site while looking to see what kind of help in resolving this issue is available. Any suggestions for me?
I will definitely post my story to all my Social Media accounts but want legal action taken against them. My advice is to avoid GLAMORY it's not reputable.

This company is a complete scam! This product hurts & does not work. The gel they give you is like water. I contacted them right away due to only sending me part of my purchase & now they won’t answer my emails. The liquid does not even come out of the top head & you end up hurting yourself just trying to press he liquid out. They sent me partial order & now won’t answer my emails. They actually BLOCKED MY EMAILS because I want to return this awful product.

Its a scam!! Please don't waste your money. The goods were delivered missing items. I have contacted the company and they asked me to send a picture of what I received, I have sent the pictures they requested. then they blocked receiving messages from my email. I have tried to contact them from a different email, they have received it then they blocked my other email address as well. The company denied my request for a refund or replace the missing items, however there were a 30 day money back guaranteed. Be carful!
