This company could greatly improve by actually delivering the product for which I've PAID!!
I emailed the customer service twice and then after following their instructions for tracking (which said it had been delivered to my door - IT HAD NOT!) they're now BLOCKING my emails.
I want my hard earned money back IMMEDIATELY!!
This is a scamming business and I will shout it to the WORLD if they do not honor my refund demand!

Scam they do not stand by product money back guarantee is not correct they say will send percentage back not full refund and never send excuse after excuse and lie

The product took 3 weeks to arrive and I didn’t see any results after trying 2 applications

No instructions. One bottle missing. Serum did not come out. There is a twist piece under needle cap that I don't know what to do with it. If it works, I'll never know

I bought “ TryGlamory”I was also double billed after not seeing any results from their product. I Called my credit card company to investigate and return my money. Now I see very poor reviews for this company and others have been double billed like me.

Is a scam company charged my card without authorization. Try to reach them and can’t get anyone no phone number.

I didn’t see any difference in my lips or around my lip area. I also used it along my smile lines and still had no results. I haven’t been able to reach anyone to get my refund which I attempted to get on my 28th day of my 30 day trial period

I waited 3 months for my order and when I finally got it the box was missing the infusers. I complained and they charged me $60 for something they left out of the box. I’m trying to get my money back,

I realy don't care about being improved I just want to go on record that I did not sign up for reoccuring product which took 3 weeks plus to get the order after it was charged I will refuse and shipment any I will challenge any charges.

It’s pure crap it doesn’t work it clogs up the needles. Don’t actually go into the skin. It isn’t really hydraulic acid. It’s crap and it’s hyped up because they have false reviews. Don’t order it. You’ll be making a huge mistake and wasting your money.

The serum isn’t coming out of the needles. I have tried to call and email several times each and they won’t contact me back. I am going to call my bank and file a complaint to get my money back.

I received mine and has to look up how to use. Found that very easy. Used the product for 31/2 weeks and really did see a difference. No crazy difference but naturally looking younger. Refreshed! Only problem is I dropped the needle bottle and broke it. Just ordered more. It does take a while but I had such great results I'll wait.

I received this product and tried to screw the top with the little needles to the bottom. It did not fit whatsoever! What a joke. I should have known better than to buy from this company!

Liquid does not come out of needles. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

It hurts me to even leave one star. This company is a complete scam. I ordered close to $200 of the products which included the serum, needle heads and a single vial to deliver the serum.
That vial did not arrive so I had to wait yet another three weeks to use.
After that, it was determined that the micro needles were defective as there was no serum delivered.
The company requested video after video which I explicitly proved, showing me using the micro needling over a tissue placed over my hand.
There was barely a pin drop of the product coming through the several separate needle heads that they requested me to video and troubleshoot.
I literally went through five needle heads and the same amount of serums.
After over ten emails they finally sent ONE needle head.
No serum. Even after they told me to continue troubleshooting.
They’ve since ghosted me.
I’ve filed a claim with PayPal and awaiting a response.
My advice to anyone is to steer VERY clear of this company.

Don’t waste your money! Shockingly bad customer service, took nearly a month to arrive, no instructions in the box or what ingredients are in the product. For all I know it could be sterilised water??? Spent £165 on something that really doesn’t work!!! Very disappointed!!

Never received anything. Tried calling, voicemail. Emailed, no response. Now it's BBB time. My bank is working with me to refund this scam. Do NOT BUY! Sad that this continues.

First off the product came with 0 instructions and not enough microneedling adapters for the number of bottles. I had to go online to find instructions and so they couldn't say I didnt use it properly. This stuff is a joke! I emailed the company to return the product and requested a refund. I was told in their response that I would only receive 20% back which is not what their website states. In 2 days between their reps (automated responses) and myself there have been 8 emails and I still have no clue how to return this product. I will be contacting the BBB and writing a bad review anywhere and everywhere I can regarding this horrible experience.

I bought 9 of the containers because the second offering of 6 was so cheap. I sent 6 back and have yet to receive my refund. I saw no significant changes and feel the customer service simply wants to make things as difficult as possible. Still waiting for the $83.40 refund. Is their return department so backed up that they cannot process a return from a month ago. Buyer BEWARE.

I ordered $89 for this product, which I never received. Their numbers don’t work, and I receive the same emails from them. I lost my money, put it on Facebook that nobody should order from this company. I thought I was the only one who went through this. I see I am not.
