Hi fellow glamory users. I was making a repeat order of 6 bottles plus infusion device. Somehow two additional orders were placed...my phone has done this before with another product (I ended up with 4 orders of collagen powder instead of one). Edel returned a response to my email immediately assuring me of a refund. I want to say I have been scammed in the past and definitely appreciated Edel's response.
In addition I want to say I have used 3 bottles so far and already notice an improvement. That's why I was eager to reorder. I am 77 years old and resided in Florida for many years. I practically lived on the beach when I was younger. Glamory exceeded my expectations.

The customer service is awful. I tried contacting them days before they were dispatched to cancel my order multiple times. Nobody got back to me until after they were dispatched telling me that there was nothing they could do because they had been dispatched. The only advice they gave me, was to refuse delivery & once returned by the courier, I could have a refund. It's impossible to refuse delivery when they get posted through your door. Plus I would have no proof of this if it had been an option & they are too expensive to risk them going missing.

When they finally arrived, there was a product missing in both boxes, the most important item needed. The bottle you put the liquid into that you then attach the needle screw on lid to. And there is no instructions. As you all know, these products are very expensive, you would hope to receive good quality products & be treated better by the customer service team.

I can't comment on the products performance, as I haven't been able to use it.

Hi was wondering about this product there are so many mixed reviews, I haven't received mine yet and am a bit concerned, brought through PayPal so will wait and see.

I ordered the product and by accident accepted another. I immediately tried to cancel the second but could not send an email and the telephone number is disconnected. They took $173.65 dollars from me... I am so upset. DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM

The same product is used in clinics, I did one session and it cost me $350, it really works!

People don't fall for scams on FB, Insta and YT do your research and dig deep before you buy anything. The scammers say that they're located in England or America but they aren't.
They are very clever at pulling you in to buy their useless products.
On X you get warned about the scamming adverts but on other SM sites they don't care if you get scammed.

Sent 7 emails and filed a claim with PayPal to get money back

SCAM!!!!! Ordered this product 6/14/24 for $74.90 and never received. I’m reporting to Case

So... where do I start.
Placed an order by mistake. Emailed within 24h period and no response.
Contacted via Instagram, Facebook, phone call. And no one responds, just scammed me out of 140GBP. Not happy at all, do not waste your time or money.

Answer the phones. Dont charge an expedite fee and never send the order. I'm sad that is is not a reputable company. If it were you would be able to contact them
easily.

Same here, received the product and the needles but they don’t match !!!! There is no way to attach the needles to the serum bottle . Total scam ! Contacting my bank to get my money back

I ordered the serum pack at a special one off offer for £10.99 but on my bank statement they charged me £65.70. Be aware of what they offer you. Not happy at all and awaiting a refund or the whole thing canceling.

I got the serums and the needles, but no applicators. I have no way of injecting this product without that. BE VERY CAREFUL...THIS IS A SCAM. i EVEN WONDER WHAT THE SOLUTION IS IN THE SERUM...PROBABLY WATER!
