You made it easy to find a correct SSD drive It's totally renewed my computer. The original HDD was painfully slow. What I didn't like is the £7 extra I paid for an adaptor that wasn't necessary in the end. Your Amazon store was £7 cheaper Which is a significant difference

For someone like myself, with limited computer skills, I found that the lack of any user guide or instructions to be most unhelpful.
I am sure that the external hard drive that I purchased is an excellent product, but I will not know until I can find out how to use/install it!

Over the weekend, I ordered 2 sets of 2-48GB DDR5-5600 UDIMM 1.1V CL46 memory chips. After I had placed the order I realised that Windows had auto-populated my old address. I rang the helpdesk to see if they could inform courier the correct address to delivery the order to. Apparently Crucial help desk do not have the ability to request the address change internally. As the old address is in the process of being sold and currently un-occupied I needed to get the courier to be informed which Crucial are unable to do once the order has been dispatched. I would have thought that Crucial would have this is place like many others companies have in place. Very disappointing - though help desk was very helpful considering they dont seem enabled to make changes to the order.

Does what it says on the tin! Great value for money, right kit provided snd delivered in sdvsnve of forecast date. Would recommend Crucial to anyone.

I have recently received this SSD so cannot comment on the reliability of the product. However it is speedy at copying RAW photo files and does not seem to heat up.
I have given it 4 stars because it took over a week for delivery. However my credit card was not charged until the item was despatched.
Seems like a great product but be aware you may have to wait a number of days before delivery.

Ease of transaction. It could not be any clearer or simpler than to use the Crucial wen site. Everything is self explanatory and works well.

delivery when expected, easy to setup on a Mac, and performs perfectly for my requirements. Good price too.

Installation was a little more protracted than expected and involved third party software to solve issue.
However all appears to be working fine now.
