Excellent service
A steam iron bought 15 months ago suddenly stopped working. Reported by phone to the company at 9 am they asked for 2 photos of the iron and proof of purchase (from Amazon) which I sent within half an hour. One hour later I received an email from Russell Hobbs telling me that a replacement would be despatched. Couldn't ask for better service than that!

Very poor customer service
I ordered a Fridge Freezer 2 months ago. Freezer packed up. Instead of being helpful and understanding that I had lost all of my freezer food (including breastmilk etc). Russell Hobbs tried to place the blame upon us. Even after sending evidence across that the appliance was installed correctly via a contractor. In the end AO was a lot more supportive and helpful. A 2-month old fridge freezer should not pack up. The fridge worked fine thus there is a clear fault with the appliance not installation. Then asking us to turn off the fridge for 24 hours is ridiculous! They were not helpful and I got very upset at how Russell Hobbs tried to get out of helping a family.

Excellent customer service
The kettle I purchased from Russell Hobbs via their website developed a fault after 6 months. From me initially reporting the problem via their online form, they resolved the issue incredibly quickly and efficienty, no waiting around for a response or having to jump through hoops, all in a matter of a couple of hours. Just amazingly good customer service. Great stuff.

Irinel delt with my complaint in a professional and friendly manner.
It was agreed that the kettle should be returned for inspection. Following the inspection we were promptly informed that we would be sent a replacement kettle.

8 month old kettle stopped working
Contacted product support about an issue with kettle purchased online in Oct 25 now not working. Received courteous and prompt responses and after sending requested information/photos a replacement will be with me in a few days. 17.6.26 new kettle delivered today. Great service😀

The telephone service was excellent compared to the online. I had to resort to telephone and my issue was resolved by a patient and understanding lady.

Steam generator iron
My Russell Hobbs steam generator iron ran out of steam. I contacted Russell Hobbs via the chat which was easy. The chat went to email. I uploaded evidence such as videos of the iron and attached evidence of purchase. They concluded that the iron was no longer in a useable condition so sent a replacement. Overall, a very good service.

After returning a Russell Hobbs kettle…
After returning a Russell Hobbs kettle to the Customer Services department, I explained that I was unhappy with the fact that the kettle had started to leak around the base. I hsd not requested any special treatment, but I was delighted when the Customer Services Dept responded to tell me that they had investigated the item and after declaring that it was no longer in a usable condition, they would send me a replacement kettle. Well done Russell Hobbs!

We registered item for warranty contracted Amazon who said contact Russell Hobbs.
Russell Hobbs then said nothing to do with us contact AmazonUK who are offering us £3.60 refund.

Great after sales service
Remington customer service were outstanding. They resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Anne Marie kept me updated throughout the process and was very professional.
Would not hesitate to buy their products again. Remington shine therapy hair straightener would highly recommend, also have a 5 year guarantee.

Outstanding customer service
Excellent customer service with multiple products - have purchased chopped, bread maker, and kettle from them.
The bread maker pan had broken and it was out of warranty. But the team was kind to send a new bread maker when there was no way to find a replacement bread maker pan with them or with a third-party website.
Had an issue with the kettle and that was promptly replaced too.
