I was dealt with via 2 males (English…
I was dealt with via 2 males (English not being there first language) They were polite and helpful.
I did have some difficulty in understanding them and vice-versa. But my problem was when I had to send a video of my problem ( not tech/computer-minded)
this took me 2 attempts.
Anyway my issue was dealt with and happy with the results.

Fantastic customer service
Michael was extremely helpful when I contacted customer service about my faulty kettle. The issue was resolved quickly and a replacement has been sent out. There was no hassle or stress. The 2 year warranty is also fantastic. I'm just sorry that I didn't realise that you should also register your kettle online (for an extended warranty), but I know for next time!
I can't fault them!

Good customer service and quick response. I reported a faulty item which I purchased about a year ago but was covered under 3yrs warranty and replacement was dispatched the following day. The customer service guy name Andrie was brilliant and very helpful.

Excellent customer service and after care
I purchase quite a few Russell Hobs products for use around the home and am very happy with them. They offer excellent after service care and warranty on their products. I had an issue with my iron today which fell within the warranty and they speedily investigated and resolved my issue by providing a replacement product. Would recommend and give 5 stars.

Shocking company
Shocking company, kettle broken after one month, kettle registered for extended guarantee but I need to provide an impossible to get invoice from amazon and provide a video which i need to upload and download, its your product its broken after 1 month, its obviously substandard and you are trying to get out of your legal obligation. Avoid this company at all costs. Substandard,fraudulent company

Answered quickly and made it clear what evidence I needed to produce. Once I had done this within 24 hours they responded and are replacing the item. Excellent customer service

Replacement kettle
It was a lengthy process to get a replacement kettle, I had to send multiple photos and even a video of the kettle not switching on, and as it had only been 16 months since I bought it, I was surprised at this. Also, I feel it is ridiculous to only guarantee the original kettle, which is now no longer a working kettle, as the replacement is a completely new item and therefore should have the original 3 year warranty.
I would also like to point out that the original form to fill in to claim on the warranty did not work properly either on an iPad or a MacBook so I would like to suggest that it is changed to work with Apple products. I almost gave up but I am now satisfied that I have a replacement.

Fantastic customer service
Reported a problem with a faulty product. It came with a 5 year guarantee. I had to send a short video to show the fault and within 24hrs of first reporting the problem, they have confirmed a new product will be sent out to me. Estimated delivery 3-5 days. If only all customer service was as efficient.

I had received clear instructions on the process of having the kettle replaced and prompt communication from the company. Very happy customer.

Prompt replacement of broken kettle under 3-year warranty
The spring on my kettle lid broke and made it a real struggle to open the lid or to keep it open while refilling the kettle. I tried completing a form on the Russell Hobbs website via the registered products page but it wouldn't work for me, so I contacted customer services instead, and one of their agents got back to me promptly. Once I'd provided some required info and photos to demonstrate the fault and some proof that I'd otherwise maintained the kettle well, the company agreed to send me a new kettle as the old one was unusable.
