I recently had an issue with my order which meant that I was unable to use 2 of the vapes I ordered. The team worked quickly with me to see what the issue was and have rectified this really quickly.
This is my second order and although this time it came quickly, 2 of the vapes I ordered don’t work as there is an issue with the plug meaning it can’t be fully removed to use. More than a little frustrating!

What an amazing company. Emailed them to say about my vape and a replacement was sent out and received the next day. A* seller will deffo be buying my vapes from this company all the time thank you so much. Customer service absolutely brilliant emailed back within a few minutes. And sort everything out.
