I don't know why, but this Trustpilot list of uPhotogift reviews does not seem to be complete or up-to-date. I have seen other more recent reviews and even completed a review myself about a month ago, but it does not seem to be here. I had a book printed by uPhotogifts in Februaury 2021 and it was ok. Recent experience getting a reprint of the same book and getting three more printed (May -July 2021) has been very bad. Very long waits (initially about 5 weeks), then books too dark when arrived. Complained and eventually (after several weekly reminders) got replacements, which were way too light. Have given up and now use another company, which is more expensive, but consistently good in quality and delivery. uPhotogifts told me that they had some recent problems with printers. Whether the service is now any better, I don't know, but I shan't be using them again.

Used to be very good and I have had over 10 photobooks with them. Recent experience has not been good. They offer vouchers which you pay for in advance but the codes given have never worked on the website. Initially this problem was dealt with via e-mail correspondence but no response at all to my two last e-mails and using the phone helpline is a dead loss. Just been kept hanging on for half an hour and still no response.
Eventually sorted after 40 minutes and told company has moved to new premises and they have experienced lots of teething problems and need to update their websites and contact details!

I've created a number of photobooks with Uphotogifts and they have all come out really well. Chris and the team were extremely helpful when I had questions and all in all, I found the service to be seamless. I would highly recommend - the photobooks are of the best quality and are a fitting showcase to treasured memories.

I have made a few photobooks on uphotogifts now after purchasing vouchers.
Compared to other photo book websites I found it pretty easy to make and edit the books and the quality is really good.

Also I had an issue with one of my vouchers which was promptly sorted no problem so I was also pleased with the customer service.

Cannot Log in any more.....I bought a phonebook before Christmas which was good. However, I haven't been able to log in since to get more products as it doesn't recognise my address any more. Photogifts seem to have a problem here, so will have to ditch my previous work and go somewhere else I guess.

The customer service team seems very caring and understanding 🥲 We are grateful for the help and support received as customers.

Easiest site I have ever used to produce photo books with lots of enhancement tools. Excellent customer service, prompt delivery and at the end of it a beautiful high quality 140 page book of treasured memories. Highly recommended.

Prompt, quality and friendly personal service. I have had several photo books and calendars from this company and I am always pleased and impressed with the result (and they have great special offers.)

Excellent online photo book company, software is easy to use, ample choice of effects and I've always been delighted with the results. Customer service is great. Once or twice I've been in a rush to complete an album as a gift and they have been helpful and responsive. Prices are competitive and there's usually a few offers available. Plenty of different album formats to choose from. I've used several other providers but for ease of use and reliability UPhotogifts get my vote.

There was a problem with the offline design program but since it was working in January I guess its more Microsoft's problem than uphotogifts.

The help desk really tried to get the off line running but said that they are trying to get all the functionality of the offline, online. Uses the online program and think it will turn out ok

I have now used uPhotogifts to compile 10 photo books over the last 4 years. I am Over 60 and not particularly tech minded yet have found their site easy to use and the end results have been amazing. The company is exceptionally professional, offer excellent value for money and basically provide the exact service they advertise. May I make a special mention of the fantastic service offered by the customer service team. Over time I have spoken to several telephone operatives and they have all been incredibly pleasant, helpful and obliging. Well done uPhotogifts . My recommendation to anyone thinking of using this company is go ahead - you will be well pleased with your results.

Very good service! The website crashed sometimes, but usually works well. It’s pretty easy to use, and it’s nice that it alerts you when an uploaded photo is of poor quality. The photobook arrived a few days after completing the order, and looks very nice and professional. I’ve since ordered two more as I was very pleased with the product and service rendered.

I have created 7 photobooks using UPhotogifts and have been 100% happy with the results. I'm just about to order my 8th. I've had softcover and hardcover and the results have been equally good.

My wife and I are delighted both with the quality of these books and the service from the company. Since the start of the pandemic restrictions to date(22/08/2020) we have created 19 books of various sizes. The software is easy to use and intuitive with lots of options (you can create your own page formats for example) and my wife is now an expert! The company deals with any issues promptly
and with courtesy, and you get to speak to a human straight away. Emails are answered equally promptly. All in all an excellent company with an excellent product. Colin B.

I ordered 2 standard Uphotogifts books to complete during 2020, when I had more time on my hands.😒 They were of recent memorable holidays and I was keen to capture them in book form. All the directions were on YouTube which meant you could return regularly to remind yourself as you completed them. Once familiar with the software, it was plain sailing. Just a couple of queries led me to email Chris and telephone the team. The queries were dealt with promptly and helpfully. All in all, a most enjoyable experience, leaving me with two books of Treasured Holiday Memories in this year of lock down and worry. I would really recommend Uphotogifts.

I have just received the two photo books I created using vouchers. They arrived so much more quickly than I expected and they are so well produced. Even photos which had ! for poor quality when I used them and have come out well and the overall standard of the books is excellent. I am totally delighted with my order and the personal and caring service I received from Chris when I it was needed. I will definitely be using this service again soon to create more wonderful memories.

I have been buying photobooks from Uphotogifts for years. I love them. The software is easy to use, I can use my own creativity to design them to suit my specification. The quality is always excellent and, when I have needed assistance the team have been helpful and friendly. Delivery is prompt. I wouldn’t use any other company.

I received my photobook and the photos were very good quality. However what spoilt my album was that the top and bottom edges of the pages were noticeably rippled. I emailed Chris Balcombe and Gilly Hunt at customer services and neither of them have replied to my complaint. I spent considerable time compiling the album and am very disappointed by the result.

After posting the above review, uphotogifts replied via Trustpilot and after speaking to them, they have sent me a replacement copy of the photo album. The new album is great and I am very pleased with it. As a result, I have now given them 4 stars. If they'd responded to my initial email complaint, I would have given them 5 stars since the photo album is very good quality and the software for compiling it is easy to use. Thank you Uphotogifts.

I have used Uphotogifts many times and had very positive experiences. They have even made a special arrangement for me to get a really good price for a bulk order of photobooks for a funeral of a young lad which was really kind.

At the beginning it takes a while to get used to how to format the book, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy and great products at the end.

Really wonderful value and great service. I have done about ten different projects through them and always been happy. Once a book arrived with pages stuck together, I phoned them and they sent a replacement immediately.

And the prices are amazing compared to many places.
