Just had copies of my book re-printed to give to my children. Some lovely family memories. Also, the customer service was excellent when I had a problem. Highly recommended.

As an elderly novice, I was really nervous to embark on my first UPhotogift book, especially as I was unfamiliar with my new MacBook. I watched all their very thorough support videos but was in too much of a panic to apply them. I ‘phoned their support team FIVE times that first day and, each time, was answered by a calm, knowledgeable, reassuring person who identified where I was struggling and talked me through what I needed to do. With this superb support, I completed that book and two others, much more quickly.
When the books arrived, I was astounded and thrilled by the quality they had managed to achieve with my very amateur photos. I shall now be able to enjoy those memories for years to come.

I have use uPhotogifts several times in the last few months and I am delighted with the service and the product and especially as they often have some good offers to save on the cost of books
Before I found them I was paying up to £40 for a book and taking ages to upload and design my books
I am particularly pleased with the personal service offered to customers - I emailed Chris on a Friday morning to ask if there was any chance of rushing my latest order through as I needed it urgently by the following Monday to take on holiday with me. He replied straight away and said he would try. I got another email that afternoon to say it had been printed and despatched and it arrived on Saturday morning- the next day!! - Amazing service considering how busy they are at this time of year.
UPhotogifts is straight forward to use And you can do just about any layout you choose as well as add text and symbols and artwork from the scrap book icon.

Love them.. I have been making photobooks and calendars for over 5 years, the result is always excellent. In the early days I much appreciated the personal help given to achieve certain procedures. Recently one page was printed with a line through it.. an email explaining the situation resulted in a new book being delivered within a few days. Brilliant service.

As a first-time UPhotogifts customer, albeit experienced in conventional design, print and production, as well as in the compilation of photobooks using Albelli/Bonusprint, I was a little apprehensive as to how the user experience of a uPhotogifts photobook would turn out.

I needn't have worried. The offline software (I'd always recommend working up a photobook offline, NEVER online -- and never allowing any such software to undertake the task "automatically" because you're bound to end up being disappointed) is high calibre stuff -- aside from the fact that the gallery thumbnails really do need to bea bit bigger.

Cleverly thought out and ideally tailored to novice usage, the facility incorporated here to achieve bespoke tailoring via "fit image to box / fit box to image" and "fit proportionately" are controls of enormous help, and much to be welcomed.

As to the all important customer support: a minor glitch which, as it turned out, developed in the online upload process, not in the photobook creation software, caused my brow to furrow, but within 20 minutes of my email to uPhotogifts, a response was received which dealt with the technical issue there and then -- hey, c'mon; customer service gets no better than that.

As to the final, finished product: the quality is excellent, the hardback covers (in my case) the perfect weight and gloss, and the internal page stock used, ideally suited to the demonstrable high quality reproduction process. My order was for a 40 page A4 landscape (lateral) photobook, and I had debated as to whether to pay extra for lay-flat finishing; I'm glad I didn't, The production here is so good that lay-flat really isn't necessary at a pagination of this extent: the binding is pure class, such that the finished book' opens to reveal its contents without page stress or loss of page-edge image content.

Well done, uPhotogifts! And well done the company's Chris Balcombe, too, for outstanding instant customer support.

100% recommended to all, be they expert, experienced, or novice, looking for a proper place (other than their computer hard drive) to keep safe their precious memories and display them, quickly, easily, and above all. . . tangibly . . . as and when.

The photobook I have received is 10* workmanship, never mind a mere 5*.

I have used uphotogifts twice now for a photobook and personalised postcards.
For the photobook, it was a gift for someone else so I really wanted it to be great. A quick look at the "how to" vids and a play around, and I was off. Had a lot of fun going through the photos, backgrounds etc and creating something truly personal. The end product arrived quickly and to a very high finish, especially considering some of the photos did get the quality control red exclamation mark (poor picture quality nothing to do with uphotogifts)
For the postcards I had trouble at first getting past the create now stage as it kept freezing up on me or saying the page couldn't be found and / or wasn't secure. A quick email to Chris (who replied very promtly) and everything got sorted. The postcards look stunning, the quality is top notch to the point where I've ordered more.
I fully intend to use uphotogifts again when I come back from holiday to create myself a photobook. Service is excellant and would recommend.

I am now on my 12th book, such a great product to keep memories/photos in one place, Chris is very helpful if you start to get in a muddle. Will I buy again, resounding YES, once I start can't seem to stop.

I have had several albums made up so that memories don't disappear into the digital fog. Chris has been helpful when advice needed. The process of creating an album is straightforward and rewarding with the templates and designs on the site. Definitely recommend UPhotogifts and the new themed books look great.

You can get some stunning effects - but it can take time, and if you've ever used programs like Microsoft Publisher you'll be in your element. If not, the software used by UPhotogifts make things pretty easy. I've found the customer support to be excellent as well.

I used UPhotogifts to create a photo book to commemorate a Celebration of Life event. I had tried several other companies on-line but had difficulty with the software and was becoming increasingly downhearted.
