I am sorry to leave a negative review but other consumers should be aware that uprise will not take back padded shorts or tights if they don't fit, so you are taking a financial risk if you order. I recommend ordering these elsewhere as other retailers don't have an issue with this. Other than that the service has been good, with fast delivery, and responsive web chat.

My new bike is amazing 🤩🤩🤩.. it arrived as specified and by a very friendly driver. My partner picked this bike for me and it’s my first electric one. He told me Cannondale are really good quality. He wasn’t wrong ! It arrived really well packaged and my partner easily fitted the pedals , changed the handlebars round after removing it from the box and adjusted the seat to my height. The bike itself is so sturdy and feels really safe. I’ve only been on it once so far but it is the best treat to myself. It was half price as-well so that’s a bonus! All in all, a perfect bike, brilliant company and good communication. It also has a waterproof back pack and a nylon pack with extra dynamo lights to attach. All the booklets required , should they be needed were included. I absolutely love my new bike 🥰.

I purchased my first electric mountain bike from this company & would highly recommend. A great price, fast delivery & also some freebies ( a multi tool & nice Fix tee shirt).

Because of an error made by Uprisebike with my delivery address I had to wait several days time off work etc but it never showed up. In the end I had to cancel the order, big disappointment. The customer service wasn't great I had to chase them for updates.

Spot on came in 4 days well happy many thanks highly recommended

My £4.5k bike arrived with the front wheel buckled.
I’ve tried reaching out to customer support for almost 2 weeks; sending multiple emails, detailing a variety of issues I’m having with the bike, but it’s been radio silence.

It isn’t difficult to reply to an email, even if the reply is to let me know proper help may take a bit longer.

Overall, not impressed. When purchasing such an expensive bike, you’d expect it to arrive in perfect condition & for the customer service to be prompt.

Would be willing to change the review if they reply and are able to effectively resolve my issues, but otherwise, it stays at one star. Currently, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Great bike, great price. Would have given 5* if I hadn't had to sort the front brake cable out, which had been routed incorrectly behind the front forks, even though I was advised that all bikes were checked before despatch.

Bad experience for me. I checked all the reviews, I noticed a few bad one but generally seemed OK so went ahead and ordered my missus an eletric bike . Bike did arrive quickly but that was it , straight out of the box it was not working properly with quite a few issues , bad rattle , would jump 2 gears , loose wheel and walk assist not working also a European charger end . What made me laugh was there was a check list inside the box that had all been ticked. If someone would have spent 5 mins looking over and trying the bike they would have found these issues. I contacted coustomer service who were helpful , after discussing with them I agreed to take the bike to a shop and get it look at myself rater than posting it back . They sorted all the problems but couldn't sort the walk assist as it needed calibrating with special software. So in the end the bike had to be returned for the calibration. Off I go again to get glue and tape to package the bike up. Would definitely not use these again as I wasted half a day driving a bike around in my van at my own expence to then have to go and buy materials to send it back . No compensation or discount even offered

You guys were fantastic from start to finish. The only area which negatively affected my experience was TNT as a delivery service. The driver lied on the delivery notes claiming we were not in for 2 days on the trot before delivering.

As this was caused by a 3rd party issue it would not be fair for me to mark you down on TP for their neglect. Uprise: 5/5 TNT: 0/5

Thanks ever so much it’s what I needed for summer and regular exercise as I had bought the wrong bike last time from the internet two sizes bigger and this recent purchase from uprise is a perfect bike for my size and height
