Bike was severely damaged and not from shipping. Battery pack non functioning. Shifters did not work and frame damage. Obviously no refurbish or QA checks or inspections before shipping

Happy Customer

I absolutely love my bike! It came in a box well wrapped & easy to assemble as advertised. Instructions came w/ bike for use & were easy to read & understand. It fits me well & is exactly what I wanted & needed. I couldn’t ask for a better experience & the price was great. It was like brand new. I’m a happy customer!

Upway exceeded my expectations!

I had been looking for an Aventon E bike for quite some time but never pulled the trigger due to the cost. I can across Upways site and a d after several days researching reviews and the bike listed I decided to pull the trigger. The service and communication throughout the process was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The bike was delivered quickly and packed very well. I would definitely recommend Upway to anyone considering an E bike purchase.

I am 5’2”, they made me blue

I am 5’2”, it’s been an issue my whole life, so I’m sensitive to it. The first bike Upway sent me was way too tall for me, I had put in all my information but they sold me a bike I could not stand over, much less ride. The company offered two suggested replacements, one of which was listed on the site itself as for riders 5’6” and taller. I ordered the other option, an Aventon Aventure with a small frame. It was packed poorly and was damaged during shipping, the headset was poking out of the top of the box and apparently someone at FedEx dragged the box, upside down, over asphalt or concrete, totally ruining the headset and clamp. I had to pay shipping twice, and still had to return the second bike.
Getting that done was a hassle, the company’s customer service is opaque and only intermittently responsive. I returned the second bike a week ago, I have not heard one word from the company about my refund. The entire experience with Upway has been frustrating and aggravating. I finally came to my senses and went to a local LEGITIMATE bike shop where I could take a test ride and talk to a live human expert. I will NEVER buy a bike online again.

Damage wasnt shown in pictures

The company did not disclose of bad gouges in the frame and didnt take any pictures and only settled on giving me $150 which was a slap in the face.

Great transaction from start to finish!

I recently sold Upway my Trek ebike, and it was a smooth and satisfying transaction from beginning to end. They offered me a good price, gave very detailed instructions on how to get it ready for pickup, and when I emailed them with questions, they answered them right away. And I got the money from them really quickly. I couldn't have been more satisfied!

My bike is not working out of the box. And it doesn’t seem like anyone on your end is in a rush to resolve this issue or offering anything to me for the major inconvenience.It’s been almost a month now.

Great price, professional packaging

The bike is exactly as described. Great deal on a superb bike. Thank you UpWay for the excellent packing. FedEx certainly didn’t treat the box well but it still arrived in perfect condition. I will certainly do business with UpWay again should the need arise.

Great price and quick delivery but left out critical startup instructions

The Upway product description was accurate. The pictures provided were clear and appropriately depicted the offering. The specification and measurements were accurate. However, after receiving the bicycle, it would not move past the initial "on" screen. I had to take it to a Specialized dealer to have the computer reset, this is not a factory default reset, but an embedded product preview that is required by Specialized of its dealers. The reset was not explained in either the offering, instructions or user manual that was included when the bike was received. It was a major headache not knowing this process had to be completed by a local dealer. The local dealer was very helpful and provided great customer service regardless of where the bike was purchased. He stated this was not the first time he's had to provide this service to others. Once past this issue, I'm ecstatic with the bike. It is everything it said it is!

Great bike

Great bike, kiddo very happy!! Only "complaint" delivery was crazy fast and FEDEX their vacation hold does not work, so they had to come by 3 times untill we were home!!! Planning to buy more bikes for the rest of the family....
