I would not recommend Vacation Offer...
I would not recommend Vacation Offer based on my experience.
I purchased a four-night, five-day vacation package for $1,951.00 months in advance for a stay from July 13 through July 17. When I arrived at the Sonesta Resort, I discovered that Vacation Offer had only booked one night (July 13–14) instead of the entire stay I had paid for.
When I called Vacation Offer, I was informed for the first time that I had to attend a presentation before the remaining nights would be released. I attended the presentation as instructed, arrived early, completed it, and Spinnaker Resorts confirmed to Vacation Offer before 10:30 a.m. that I had fulfilled my obligation.
After the presentation, I called Vacation Offer to verify that my hotel reservation had been extended. I was repeatedly told that I would receive an updated confirmation within 15 to 30 minutes. I called more than 10 times throughout the day and was given the same promise each time. The confirmation never arrived.
Meanwhile, my original one-night reservation expired, and I was locked out of my hotel room because there was no reservation for the remaining nights. After waiting for hours and not knowing whether I would have a place to stay, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and then use another credit card to pay the hotel directly for two nights because that was all I could afford.
Only after I had opened the dispute and had already begun paying the hotel did Vacation Offer finally send the confirmation for the remaining three nights at approximately 4:00 p.m.
The issue wasn't just the booking mistake—it was the hours of uncertainty, the repeated promises that a confirmation was coming, the lack of timely communication, and the stress of being stranded without confirmed accommodations. Instead of enjoying my vacation, I spent a significant portion of it making phone calls, waiting for updates, and trying to secure a place to sleep.
This experience significantly diminished my vacation and caused unnecessary stress after I had driven 10 hours from Maryland expecting a relaxing getaway. I hope Vacation Offer improves its reservation process and communication so that other travelers do not experience what I did.

WARNING! You'll be sorry. THEIR HORRIBLE !
When our Daughter flew from California to Floida for a vacation with 2 small children ages 5 and 2... The Hotel would not confirm her reservation... She had to wait in the Lobby with babies until 7:30pm 07/10/2026
We had to make 7 phone calls and threaten legal action before Vaction Offer would agree to honor their contract and confirmation.... of which we had 4 confirmations for 4 days.
The very next day the hotel was asking our Daughter to leave the Hotel.. They said that Vacation Offer had only booked the room for 1 night...
Even though we had in writing the Confirmation of 4 days... I even had to pay extra to allow Kristina to stay there with her children...
The original agreement included 2 Free Disneyland.. We confirmed this with a phone call... we asked if the tickets would be at a Ticket booth for my Daughter to pick up... The Vacation Offer Operator said "Yes those 2 Disney tickets are confirmed...To claim them you must be at Disney World at the.. Then call us and we can get them for You...
On Sunday Jan 12 2026... Kristina took her children to Disney World... Then we all started calling Vacation Offer, to have the Vaction Offer Operator release the Tickets to her... For hours we called.. Vacation didn't answer any phone calls until 3 hours later... My Daughter had to purcahse her own Tickets...
We are Vacation offer Members.. We purchased their $5,300 Package... and since we bought their package.. They have been horrible to deal with..

The telephone professional, Gabriel, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. The call was informational and pleasant. If the company is represented by similar representatives, your success will definitely continue to multiply.

What didn't go wrong.
What didn't go wrong - Everything. I was originally booked for 3 nights. When I arrived Horseshoe told me that I only had 1 night booked. Even though I had written confirmation that I had 3 nights. After I went to the presentation, they informed me that they would call and make sure that I would get the other two nights. That did not happen, and I had to pay for the other two nights myself. I called customer service, they said they wouldn't be able to get me the other two night, but would reimburse me, and also send me my gift as well as another vacation that included a cruise. I haven't received anything at this point. Total Disappointment.

VACATION OFFER IS A SCAM - IM THE AGENT MY SELF
I hope anyone reading this takes a moment to consider my experience before doing business with VacationOffer.com.
I was one of their former agents, and my coworkers and I genuinely did our best to help customers, especially those who were having difficulties with their bookings. We wanted to provide good service, but what happened behind the scenes made it difficult to continue working there.
Based on my experience, customers were often told that a booking was "free," yet they were still asked to provide their credit card information. We were instructed to get customers to make a payment, even if it was more than $20. There were also times when we were encouraged to persuade customers to agree to one amount but charge more. This made me deeply uncomfortable.
When customers questioned the charges or asked too many questions, I witnessed calls being ended instead of their concerns being properly addressed. Since our calls were not recorded on our end, some agents felt comfortable hanging up on customers or speaking to them unprofessionally.
Customers are treated well during the booking process, but from what I observed, many experienced problems afterward, including issues with receiving the promised gifts or benefits.
As for the employees, many of us were never paid for the work we completed. Despite repeatedly following up, we were left without the compensation we had earned. Many of us have families to support, and being denied our wages was both financially and emotionally difficult.
I am sharing my experience because I believe people deserve to make informed decisions before giving this company their personal and financial information. This review reflects my own experience as a former employee.

The hotel only booked us 1 day and charged us $70 for fees and parking. Plus we had to valet to take luggage up to room and back in 12 hours. They never gave us the 2 Universal studios as promised, I spoke to representatives x4 days, and all promised to send tickets.

The reservationist called me back after getting disconnected. It was an escalated call from me and she handled it very well. Thank you!
Great moment
The representatives I spoke to have been so welcoming! I enjoyed their interactions and the products offers!
This was with VacationOffer
This was with VacationOffer. Millie was very helpful & went out of her way to help us. I would give her a 5 for her service. However the entire "vacation, sales pitch" is very disappointing. We paid for a package up front, & then when we booked we had to pay hotel fees & taxes. We only saved $109 in total from what I could have gotten it from expedia.
Courteous representative
SCAM ARTISTS - stay away - CEOs arrested for FRAUD
Don’t ignore the red flags! I paid over $1,000 for a vacation to Florida that was supposed to include a hotel stay in a nice resort and the only “requirement” to unlock several other “free” getaways was to attend a two-hour sales presentation. If I attended said presentation, I was “supposed” to receive two tickets to Universal Studios. I paid for my own flight and car rental and thank God I did not bring any of my family members with me to experience this total embarrassment of a scam. Even though I had already paid over $1,000 for this trip already, when I got to the hotel, I had to pay a bunch of surcharges, upcharges, parking fees, and resort fees, which were never disclosed to me. Transparency is not a principle of this company; quite the opposite. The absolute worst part is the two tickets to Universal Studios I was promised was also a complete lie! I flew down to Florida to spend three nights in a mediocre hotel and paid an exorbitant amount to do so with no trip to Universal Studios to boot. Thank goodness I did not bring my niece with me, which is what I was planning to do with my other “free” ticket. Yet another complete LIE. In short, if you want to spend over a thousand dollars to spend 3 nights in a 3-star hotel that is crawling with crickets, then this is the SCAM for you!
