A group of agents under an agency worked for Vacation Offer for several months, but payments for hourly work and incentives from February up to May were repeatedly delayed and remain unresolved for many people involved. Some agents are owed significant amounts already.

Despite the ongoing payment issues, hiring activities reportedly continued through online job platforms while previous obligations were still pending.

Communication from management was also very unprofessional at times. There were instances where disrespectful and intimidating emails were sent involving both the agency and agents. In one email, agents were even CC’d while financial struggles caused by the unpaid balances were being discussed, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment.

Operationally, the setup also appeared very disorganized. Many customers reportedly experienced confusion due to inaccurate information or promises that were not honored. Refund handling also seemed inconsistent depending on the situation.

Several partnered marketers and travel agents also allegedly mentioned experiencing delayed payments from the company.

This post is simply to encourage future applicants, VAs, and potential customers to do proper research first before engaging. Please always check reviews, ask questions, and protect yourself before committing to any company or client.

WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING DOING BUSINESS WITH VACATION OFFER.
As a former employee, I would strongly encourage consumers to do extensive research before spending their money with this company.
During my time there, I witnessed countless customers calling in frustrated, confused, and angry because they were being asked to pay additional fees after believing their vacation package had already been paid for. Many customers felt they had been promised one thing during the sales process, only to discover additional requirements and costs later.
I also handled complaints from customers who believed they were entitled to promotional gifts such as cruises, attraction tickets, and refundable deposits, only to find the process far more complicated than what they expected. The number of complaints regarding these promotions was alarming.
One of the most upsetting situations involved customers who thought their accommodations were fully booked, only to learn that their entire stay was not secured as they believed. Imagine planning a vacation, paying your money, and then discovering that your reservation is not what you were led to expect.
Customers were also frequently shocked by charges related to timeshare presentation requirements. Many felt these conditions were not clearly explained when they purchased their packages.
What ultimately convinced me to leave was seeing how many people felt deceived, frustrated, and financially burdened by the experience. I could no longer comfortably represent a company that generated so many complaints and unhappy customers.
If you are considering purchasing a package from this company, read every detail, ask questions, get everything in writing, and be extremely cautious before providing payment information.
Based on my experience as a former employee, I would never personally recommend this company to friends or family, and I would strongly advise consumers to explore other vacation providers before making a decision.

The team were great. TJ saw me a couple days later and was just as pleasant as the day of the tour. We are already thinking about where we want to go next.

The presentation time ended after check out. I had to leave the hotel and pay for a new hotel. This was the worst vacation that I have ever had. The hotel was in a really bad neighborhood and I couldn’t walk around outside at night. I met my presentation qualification and have not received any offers.

Excellent service

I paid $419 for 4 nights stay in hotel. When I called VacationOffer for reservation, I paid another $232 to upgrade to Sahara Las Vegas from May 5 to 9 in 2026. But Sahara told me the reservation was cancelled and only let me stay one night in a very small room. I called VacationOffer and they told I would have the next 3 nights after attended the seminar on May 6. After seminar I tried to check in Sahara, but was denied. I called VactionOffer again, they said I had to pay an extra $102, I paid and received the payment confirmation and went to check in, but was still denied. Finally, I paid $454 out of my pocket to stay in Paris.

Representative (Alex) was able to make the travel date changed to the same hotel but a week later. However, based on the representative that handled the original booking, I would have reserved a room with a balcony - ocean view. What I was told by Alex, is the ocean view at that hotel wasn't a guarantee in the original booking. But to get it as a guarantee the reservation must say Oceanfront and efficiency - for a full kitchen. They were able to reserve this request but it cost much more. They were providing other hotel options but these would have been also at a higher price. The extra cost wouldn't have been the representatives fault but it doesn't make sense to pay for the hotel when a person has purchased a vacation package. I could have paid the same amount or maybe less because of other discount that I have (veteran, AAA, award points with the hotel brand, etc.), and booked the room directly with a hotel where I wanted to go.
The original date change starting on June 26 was an option and showed up. I had to call them back and within 30 minutes, that start day wasn't available anymore. So the start date had to be moved to June 27. In my opinion, the start date should have still be available because it was showing available on-line on the vacationoffer.com website. Not sure why somethings are not visible with the booking agent. Alex also provided their direct line for me to call back. When I called by the designated time or when the call got dropped, I wasn't able to reach them and a message wasn't left since they hadn't set up a voicemail option. Staff should have voice mail set up so messages can be left. I then tried calling on the number that the represented called me on (shown in caller ID). That call didn't go through - message that that number you are calling has been changed, discounted, or is no longer in service. If you feel that you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and try your call again. I don't know how they are using a number that can not be called back. This is like the spam calls that I get on my phone and I consider them illegal and using another person's phone number as a fraud.
