I needed to request a vacation extension, and the rep helped me with that. I also had a question re selling of my vacation if l can't manage to fit it into my schedule and the rep informed me that while VO doesn't offer this assistance, l am permitted to give the vacation to someone else to travel within the time frame. So very helpful.

Miller did a great job explaining the travel booking for the hotel. She was very professional and I could understand her just fine. She answered all my questions and was very personable. She is a shining star for the company!

I worked under Vacation Offer / Allen Marketing Group and had an extremely disappointing experience.

Services were suddenly paused due to alleged unpaid balances, and many team members were left without stability or clear communication despite performing well and meeting expectations. We were repeatedly told incentives and commissions would be paid, but many of those promises never materialized.

During my time there, I also became uncomfortable with the company’s sales practices. Customers were often led to believe they already had vacation stays secured and only needed to “upgrade,” only to later encounter issues upon arrival or be required to attend presentations to access accommodations they believed were already confirmed. I personally witnessed situations where booked nights were unexpectedly altered or canceled, creating frustration for customers.

After doing further research, I also discovered legal concerns connected to Terry Allen that raised additional red flags for me personally.

I normally do not leave public reviews, but I believe both employees and customers deserve transparency before getting involved with this company.

This review reflects my personal experience and observations.

The agent was very friendly and helped me change the expiration date on my package as well as gave me other locations I am able to use to open up the package.
