Travel agent Lamin did everything possible to ensure our 8 day vacation in Canada was exactly what we wanted, from transportation via train & coach, to great hotels, & a great itinerary. All for a great price!

A human answered the phone, hurray! I got questions answered first and then I scheduled for 6 of us. I gave my payment information and then received a confirmation email shortly afterward.

I worked with Effie per phone. She was very pleasant and helpful with getting our trip organized and confirmed. Kept me informed of any changes and credits done.

I have been concerned about the lack of effective communication from your company. I had to make calls to get confirmation and documents that were promised. I am optimistic that this may be an isolated case and the remainder of the trip will be better communicated. We are really looking forward to this amazing trip!

The agents are most helpful in answering all questions
involving our trip. I did address the fact yesterday to an agent that we did not get the 10% off as advertised
and he assured the change in cost would be sent via email. The offer ends on the 30th of April.
