Since this is the first time dealing with VBR, I can only say the experience with the booking process has been exceptional. Each person I have spoken with has been courteous and helpful.

My husband and I both use walkers. The website said we would be contacted upon booking to see if we would be able to physically do the trip. We booked over 2 days ago and have heard nothing except an email asking us to rate them? There's nothing to rate yet!

TRhe booking with your company went very well. However the cryise is organized do that we arrive at Calgary airport at 1:00 PM which id hust late enoygh to miss the best connectong flogfhts for us to get home. We are still trying to solve this problem and may wind up spending the nigfhtat a hotel near Calgary airport. Also the itinerary doesn't include any dtailed information on the rail portion(s). What is carry on luggage and wgat needs to be checed. Also when do the trains leave and from ehere?

I called to clarify single travel on a tour and was told it should be ok, no guarantees. I called back & spoke to Chris Pisz who was extremely helpful. He said he would call a family member to link our bookings.Never did. Went home. I emailed him the next day asking if our bookings were linked. No reply. His effors with me rate 5 stars. 3 stars for lack of follow up and response
