I booked and talked to someone on line and did not go through the website. It is hard to get people to talk and tell me about the trip. I got more information from the website then I did from customer service on the telephone. I hope they change there practice because I booked another trip to prove my point. I paid in full and it surprise these people. I keep getting more and more expenses added on. Which indicates I am being cheated because I am going myself.
