It looks fantastic very easy to order and arrived promptly would order from valuelights again they have a beautiful varied selection.

I ordered the infinity adjustable floor lamp light and what came was completely different to the picture. The picture shows the base fully closed so you can move it around once you construct it, however the lamp that came the base is a PVC stand so it’s paper so once you put it together and try to move it around, the base will collapse. Furthermore, the reason I purchased this lamp for my new home is because my mom has the same lamp in her living room and I found it very gorgeous and efficient as you only need a button which you can press with your foot to turn it on, however the lamp I was sent comes with a remote which I found very silly as it did not show this in the pictures in the website - it showed a button which I thought I was getting. Also, the instructions show 4 screws that you need to construct the lamp which was not in the pack containing all the items and when I tried to call their customer service line it said they are not available and hung up. I’m not sure if this a scam as how can the product I’ve seen online in the picture be completely different to what’s come?? I needed this lamp for my new house as I want to brighten the area for a family gathering I have and this has ruined my plans, I would have appreciated if I could have gotten a quick response if their phone lines were working but I don’t even have that. Why would I pay almost £70 for a lamp that has no base? I want to return for a full refund or get the correct lamp sent to me as what was sent to me looks very cheap and tacky (a PVC paper circle for a base? Really????)

Lamp was perfect for our new static caravan where the colour scheme is grey and greens. The lamp looks amazing in the corner of the living area and gives a nice subtle light as the night draws in. Very pleased thank you.

I was very impressed with the service. It was so easy to order the floor lamp and it arrived the next day. I am so happy with my Bobbin Pale Rose Light pole, the quality is excellent and it was more substantial than I thought it would be, the colour is exactly as I inspected and I love the attention to detail with the power cord being the same colour as the lamp.

I ordered an outside light through Amazon UK and it was with me in 2 days. Excellent service. Packed well and good quality as described. I messaged the supplier on a small issue and received an answer within hours. I would deal with them again.

Evri have not delivered next day and have not provided an updated delivery date so I can’t review the products as they have not yet been received. Very poor service from Evri.

I wasn't disappointed with my floorlight. It arrived promptly and was easy to put together. I like the mushroom colour which is also the colour of the flex. A nice touch. The foot switch seems a bit flimsy, but for the money it's a great addition to my livingroom!

Am still waiting for my order, 4 days after ordering. The courier company Evri messaged 2 days running informing me that my parcel was being delivered and stated a time . Then messaged they could not make the delivery till the following day .
The following day they again failed to deliver! Have complained and am waiting for a response! Not the fault of value lights but perhaps they should consider engaging a more reliable delivery service.

I ordered this tripod floor lamp and it was delivered the next day. The only downside on delivery was that it was standard delivery and tracking was not available. The timescale given by DX courier was all day 8am to 6pm.which is a bit of a bind having to remain at home all day. The product is of excellent quality and looks great in the living room.

I placed an order which was very straightforward, following this I had a couple of queries which were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Delivery of the item was also super quick. I would definitely order from this company again.
