Absolute shambles of a company say they are booked and coming but don’t turn up. Cancel when due, just generally a shocking company avoid using them give your money to someone else. Can’t imagine they will be around long with their customer service.
Taxi sent to wrong location
Taxi sent to wrong location. No one’s bothers to pick up phone. Was very suprised to find that when I was standing out in the rain I had been picked up and almost home. When someone finally answered I was told there’s a long que and if I’m not happy to fill out the form on the app. People get things wrong, it happens. Good companies try and sort it. Veezu see if they can really wind you up by not answering for ages then try and send you over the deep end with clueless service.
Do NOT book!
Don’t book! They drive so dangerously, there was absolutely no leg room, this was bad for my medical condition. They charge so much money for such short journeys. Outrages. My driver was on the phone to someone the whole time, there was no music to cover his voice. No apology. So unprofessional. And such rude behavior when I said “just here please” when we arrived at my destination

I dislike the new System of not paying for mile for mile thats how it works now you get a set price why who came up with this ideer needs sacking dont break what not broken people ask for set prices for airport runs Which is understandable but not your every day Journey. before I could get in a taxi and ask to go somewhere if I needed to go somewhere else in between as well. there was no problem now. there is just charge mile for mile then we as Customers are happy

Tried to book a taxi with my local…
Tried to book a taxi with my local Passenger Cars app and saw it had moved to Veezu. I booked a taxi 2 days in advance but when I checked the morning of travel saw there was still no available driver. When I rang up I was told ‘yeah it was cancelled as no one available’ but I’d received no notifications of this. Asked about being refunded and apparently there were ‘ no worries’ except that I now had the stress of trying to get to work!! Terrible service…do not book.
Bin you off for a 'better' job…
Bin you off for a 'better' job constantly and keep you waiting hours. The 1st of many taxis Veezu supposedly dispatched, was 1 min away the canceled then 2 mins later picked up the couple next to us - same car/reg. Had a number of cars 'dispatched' then cancel in succession. Literally can't provide a service or at least can't be honest enough about their availability for you to make an informed choice to find an alternative way to get home.

Don’t use Veezu if you want to get anywhere on time. Booked a car 4 days in advance only for nothing to turn up because they didn’t have a local driver! This lead to a panic dash for the railway station and could have affected onward journeys. Will be deleting the app.

Taxi was 16 minutes late with poor / misleading info ( was told 4/5 mins late) finally spoke to the driver who said he’d only just got the booking and was 6 minutes away
I almost missed my train
I’m older and was very very rushed and upset
When I complained politely Veezu said they can’t guarantee to arrive on time!!!! And just cited their Terms and Conditions
Needless to say I won’t use them again
Completely unreliable for pre-booked journeys
I pre-booked and pre-paid a Veezu taxi for 4:05am on 20 June 2026 to get to York station for a train to London and an onward Eurostar connection. At 3:45am I received a text saying a driver was on the way, followed by another text at 3:56am with a different vehicle registration. No taxi ever arrived.
When I called Veezu at 4:08am, I was told there was actually no driver available in my area and it could take up to an hour to get one. If no driver was available, why was I sent vehicle details suggesting one had been allocated?
I had to run to the station in the early hours of the morning, only just catching my train.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Last autumn, a pre-booked and pre-paid airport pickup from Leeds Bradford Airport also failed to show up, despite me being given the registration number of the assigned vehicle. I ended up waiting more than an hour for an alternative driver.
These experiences have convinced me that Veezu's advance booking system cannot be relied upon when you have important connections to catch. I've now deleted the app and switched to another provider.
Very disappointing.

Poor service and indirectly risked safety of elderly person
Booked a taxi to meet my 82 year old mother from a local train station. Left a note on the booking to say my mum is elderly and was arriving on a train. The taxi driver cancelled the booking after waiting 6 minutes and drove away. Other cars were apparently waiting for the train when my mother arrived, so it seems the driver did not check to see if the train had arrived or think that the other cars were a sign it hadn't. My mother walked a mile with a suitcase, and I was not aware of this or the cancellation. I understand the ride was not a big earner, but I do think this is a poor service and also risked my mother's safety.

On train from Gatwick to Huntingdon. 2 hours notice. Arrived at Huntingdon and unable to find driver.
Awful wretched service
Awful wretched service. Cancelled my taxi 20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, leaving me out in the countryside with no way out. Appalling. Staff on the phone were extremely unhelpful and didn’t care. Useless, avoid and use a local taxi instead, also, I paid up front for this wretched service.

The taxi driver only wanted cash so we stopped at a cash point. The payment was also taken from my account. I rang the following day and told this was normal to hold the fare and I would be refunded in 2 days. 5 days later I have still not been refunded. I will not be using Veezoo again as 2 days earlier I ordered a taxi and taken to a cash point as the driver only wanted cash. I will use Uber next time for sure

Pre booked to go to train station and no taxi turned up, phone operator advised I wait another fifteen minutes. Not sure my train would have waited, I missed my event and paid out for trains which is very frustrating.
UNRELIABLE
UNRELIABLE. DO NOT USE!! Pre booked my taxi and never showed up, even after 10 mins. Called office and said id be assigned the next taxi but couldn’t guarantee me a time. Lady apologised and said they were busy and that prebookings did not guarantee times - so what is the point?!! Ended up missing my train as a result, late for work, missed meetings. Will now cost me. Absolutely disgraceful and I won’t be using them again.
First time for me to use app
First time for me to use app, taxi arrived in 3 mins, excellent. Cab and driver also excellent.
Charged £9 more than I have ever paid for same journey.
Arranged for a taxi from my sisters house to home. I asked if I was able to bring my small dog into the taxi whilst we were on the phone and was told “yes, no problem!” Taxi came but on arrival I was told the price had gone up due to me having the dog. So paid 14.70 which is robbery as I have never been charged more than 5.70 for a taxi in the last five years for the same journey. Have complained and told customer services will get back to me.
