Totally dissatisfied with service provided
We were totally dissatisfied with the airport transfer service provided for our journey to and from Cardiff Airport.
When booking both journeys, I clearly stated that there would be four passengers travelling with four large suitcases and four small cases. Despite this information being provided in advance, the vehicles sent on both occasions were unsuitable for our requirements.
On 17 May, the taxi that arrived was far too small for four passengers and their luggage. Although the driver managed to fit us all in, the journey was extremely uncomfortable. Luggage had to be placed under passengers' feet, and my 9-year-old grandson was forced to sit on a suitcase for the journey.
Unfortunately, the return journey on 1 June was even worse. Despite repeatedly informing your operator that there would be four passengers with four large and four small cases, the taxi provided simply could not accommodate both the passengers and the luggage. As a result, we were forced to arrange and pay for a second taxi due to Veezu’s error
This situation was particularly distressing because we were travelling with an 86-year-old disabled gentleman and a 9-year-old child. After landing at approximately 3:00 a.m., the last thing we expected was to be faced with such an unacceptable situation and the additional expense of a second taxi.
I consider the service provided to have been wholly inadequate, unprofessional, and extremely stressful.

Booked a veezu taxi for the 29th May for 14.20,taxi was booked well in advance and it didn't turn up meaning we were going to be late for our train at 15.09,no explanation for the no show resulting in having to rush to Hull train station in our car.Discussing service
Two bookings both no shows with no refund
Booked two taxis in Bristol and both were no shows. It was to and from a wedding so massively inconvenient and no return taxi meant I had to walk an hour back to my hotel in the dark at night. Money has not been refunded despite saying it would take a maximum of 5 days. Completely unreliable service.

If I had been travelling on my own(female) I would have rather walked alone and felt safer with more respect than how I felt in the 'taxi' . 40 years of using "taxis" I have NEVER felt the need to write a review of such disappointment, uncertainty and discomfort, never met such a misogynistic 'person' in my life
HE SPOILT MY LOVELY EVENING. Glad that I don't have a daughter who has to feel so much disrespect as I did as a female in England in 2026 . Be aware young ladies !
Outstanding driver
This isn't a review of Veezu itself (though I haven't had the problems others record here), but of an exceptional driver in Hull. On Wednesday he collected three of us at the Wilberforce Museum and proceeded to give my Scottish and Canadian guests an exceptional tour of downtown Hull. Informative and witty, he could present a TV programme filled with quirky bits of history. Made our day. Thank you, Magnus!!!

If your in Wolverhampton, stick to Uber, trust me
Some of these drivers shouldn’t even be on the road, they don’t know what there doing, on more then one occasion in Wolverhampton I’ve looked on the map and seen my drivers literally driving past my location and taking extremely long routes to get to my location and then cancelling my ride last minute, if you need to be somewhere quick I wouldn’t recommend using there drivers at all, they’ll make what could have been a quick journey into something where your running late due to them to then running extremely late due to them cancelling your drive, leaving you having to then order a completely new one, just stick to Uber guys, save yourself the hassle of sitting around waiting as you see them progressively go further and further away from your pick up point. 0/10
Not reliable.
I have experienced 2 previous excessive waits. Today I had booked several days in advance and had to be at my destination on time. Had I waited the taxi would have been 25 minutes late. Had to get a lift and cancel. Will be removing the app and never using again.

This is the second time they have let us down. Awful service from an awfull taxi service. We will never use their taxis again.
Fraudulent company
Booked a taxi for one amount and they took another amount from my account. They refused to even acknowledge the issue even though I have an invoice from them with the correct amount. Avoid like the plague or pay cash.

Worst taxi firm ive ever used prebooked a car for 11am had to be in cottingham for 11.45 at 11.15 I rang them to be told the driver was just dropping off then 10 minutes later I rang again to be told they had problems with drivers and didn't have a car luckily I had a friend take us or we'd of missed the wedding horrendous service

Appalling service throughout
Pre booked a taxi the day before my hospital appointment leaving in plenty of time to ensure I arrived early.
The pick up time arrived with no sign of the car and no notification of despatch as promised by the handler.
After fifteen minutes waiting I phoned the company and was told that due to heavy traffic my car had been delayed but was on his way.
I then received a text to say the car was on route with the registration number.
A further twenty minutes passed and still no show.
I was now going to miss my appointment and had to phone the hospital to rearrange.
I then phoned Veezu again and was told once again that the car was on its way.
I then received another text and a different registration number.
Eventually 45 minutes from my booking the car arrived.
The driver profusely apologised and to be fair he was great.
He explained the delay was due to the fact that because of EID their driver numbers were down by 70% and they simply hadn’t the manpower to fulfil bookings on the day He also said that the company was well aware of the situation but continued to accept bookings despite of this.
Needless to say I will never use this company again.

Pre booked a taxi to collect me from work for in the early hours of the morning, due to lack of drivers I was left standing alone in the dark. I had prebooked my taxi in advance. When I mentioned the app is showing taxis available every 4 mins they quickly changed to 60 mins for taxis. Have used these taxis for years as there is not alot of choice In shrewsbury. Thank fully was able to get an uber within mins of booking. They dont care about women Standing in the dark in the early hours all they care about is booking as many jobs as possible even when they know they dont have enough taxis due to eid celebrations
Cambridge Veezu report
Cambridge Veezu report. Twice in a row early 2026, no car came despite telephone robot confirming booking by text. Had to try and speak to operator and was half an hour late to trainstation both times. Very stressful
And then today a new failing. White Passat KN65 LRE despatched successfully to fetch me and wife from station, THEN DROVE OFF RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME WHILE I WAVED And GESTICULATED . The next driver said, Oh, he must have got a better job on one of his other taxi apps.....

Thanks to your company I today missed the funeral of someone I have known for 60 years. I booked a taxi last Saturday to collect myself and my mum and take us to the crematorium. This was booked for 11.15am.
At 11.25 it had not arrived and time was now getting short to make it on time so I called the Bristol office only to be told my booking did not have an allocated driver. I stressed to the operative that a needed a taxi to arrive in the next 5 minutes otherwise it would be too late. A few minutes later I then received a text to say my taxi would arrive in 14 minutes, almost half an hour after my original booking. So I called to cancel. The operative said I must be disappointed but no words are strong enough to make my feelings known.

Booked on app. ETA 4 minutes. Never arrived. Missed appointment and will have to pay a penalty. Phoned to check where taxi was and was told there were no drivers! I have used a few times before, never again.

Awful. Booked the day before to get me to the train station. No availability at the time I should have been picked up so I missed my train. Hopeless!
Excellent service
Cab arrived on time, excellent communication and driver was very pleasant. No complaints from us and will happily use again.
