Never received anything
Never received anything, no one answering phone and no one replying to email as well. I do not recommend tvis rubbish seller to anyone

Thank you for your feedback. We responded to your email on Thursday 27th June at 22:16 chasing the delivery. Your order was placed after our 4pm cut off on the 25th June so was therefore due for delivery on Thursday 27th June.
FedEx attempted to deliver your order on Thursday 27th June but no one was home and no safe place to leave it. The item has now been returned to us and a refund issued as the courier was unable to reach you by phone.
I can see you also purchased the same item back in January 2024 with no issues.

Broken and bad quality bad customer service
Part was delivered swiftly 👍🏻. But that’s it , after that it was all bad . So I work abroad and was not back in the uk till end of the weeek, slapped on the packaging ( Check within one 1 of delivery ) that wasn’t going to happen. Needless to say when I got back and opened up the part. There was parts broken off completely. Part snapped. Where holes should be there was none . Cheap pattern part at premium price .
So! Reached out sent details, photos, and no reply….. make of this what you will ! Customer service second to none 🤔😂

I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with a part we have supplied. When customers order large items we do expect the customer to be in to receive the item. We ask that the item is checked on delivery so that if there are any issues we can rectify it immediately. If its damaged in transit, we can also open a claim with the courier. Your order confirmation email at the point of ordering also stated that you would need to check the item on delivery.
Regarding the product itself, we have sold a significant amount of these Front Panels since 2018 with no reported issues. If you would like to get in touch and provide photos of the issue we would be more than happy to look at this from a fitment point of view - assuming you have ordered the correct part for your van.

Thank you for your feedback. When you say the package was damaged, was the product damaged too? I've had a look back through call records, emails and Whatsapps and I cant see that we have had any communications from you. So I am sorry about that.
I have checked your order and can see that a registration number was not provided at the point of order so we wont have checked the fitment against your vehicle before dispatching it. We also dont have any other reported issues with this part. With that said, please do get in touch to let us know what issues you had so that we can try to resolve it.

We were in desperate need of a headlamp…
We were in desperate need of a headlamp for our Dacia Logan and having already waited many weeks, came across Simon from Vehicle-Spares. I cannot praise him enough from the moment of contact in our desperation to get such a light, to it’s arrival 2 days later. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and confirmation that the headlamp should fit our car which is now thankfully on the road, at last! We would 100% recommend this company and will get back in touch again, should we need any other spares.

Replacement wing mirror for Citroen C1.
Decent quality product prompt delivery etc.
Come after order prior to shipment not great but product arrived promptly.
Unfortunately not what ordered, I ordered a primed wing mirror and didn’t receive what was ordered, a black version (non-primed) was sent.
Queried with them but not resolved, fortunately I managed to reuse the original mirror covering which was probably a neater solution but I had an issue with what was sent and it was not resolved despite me querying it.

Thank you for your review. We had a conversation over WhatsApp as you were concerned that the mirror cap was not Primed. After checking stock, we reassured you that the cap is indeed Primed smooth, its just that the cap appears black as opposed to grey. If you had said you were unhappy with the purchase we would have happily taken the mirror back for a full refund.
