Too long of a wait..order morning if 11/23 and as of 12/14 still no saber

Ordered on the 27 November from South Africa received them on the 5 December awesome service.

Customer service was amazing and gave a quick response during the weekend. The Saber itself is very nice, high quality, and my wife loved it. Most of all I got a quality product for an amazing price.

The availability and variety were nice. The description gave me an idea I was buying and the sale was awesome.

I ordered a golden smooth swing Oath Keeper, This is one of the coolest things I own, 12 different colours, 12 different soundfonts, Product is nicely made and looks about as realistic as I think it can get, Only reason I am leaving a 4 star review and not 5 is because of the lack of communication during shipping, I was just informed it was shipped for about 2 weeks through a strange app I was unfamilar with and nothing more, I got a little concerned when my friend who ordered one after me got his in about a week and a half but the worry was all for nothing as it came today fully functional and great. I had heard of this company due to one of my friends who watches their youtube along with me mentioning they have a lightsaber shop, I looked into it for a few months and gave in and bought one. In conclusion, Best £99 spent and I reccomend you do the same. (Also, A accessory part of the website for the lightsabers would be nice, Maybe stands ect.)

The hilt is nicely made. No fingerprints or scratches, and good choice of materials. It's solid. It arrived on time for my son's birthday. It would help if the instructions were clearer, and the sounds a little more realistic, but the product itself is well made. I did expect it to be a local product, though, but never mind. Overall, there were no major disappointments, and he likes it. He may not have chosen the one l chose for him, but it's ok. Thank you. I would buy from this store again, when there are promotions and deals.

Shopping experiance was good, the shipping part was less so. All I was informed about was that it was shipped, even though out the time it was shipped all I got was the item was shipped.

We are in NZ so this was an expensive purchase that my son saved hard for. We received the Saber and there seems to be a glitch - it has a green light/tinge prior to going to the colour he has selected. We hare tried contacting you but have not heard anything from you? Please get in contact.

The saber I brought was in good condition and was shipped quickly, the saber was made nicely and feels good in the hand (a nice weight to it) and has a great little booklet to introduce you to how the saber works would be happy to buy another one only reason for 4/5 stars would be that the saber doesn't make a clashing sound when hitting objects would give it a 5/5 it this was implemented.

Great service with easy purchase and quick shipping. Only downside is expect to wait 2 - 3 weeks for saber to be delivered as it takes a while to be delivered. Overall good though. High quality saber. For cheaper price

Great light saber, the colors are amazing and it's great quality, and it is a little confusing on how to work it at first, but they provid instructions on all aspects. 5 star product.

The quality of the hilt is excellent, feels sturdy and it looks accurate in its design. While the controls of settings took awhile to get used to, managing the settings was a breeze. The motion sounds effects is very detail and it follows my every swing, though I don’t know if it’s me but it does lack a thrusting sound effect and the hit detection to make the clash sound effect is off. Overall it’s a above average saber and an good choice if you’re a beginner in the saber collecting business and want a feel of what it has to offer.

My Phantom Menace Obi-Wan saber arrived today. It's not often that my expectations are exceeded but, so far, I'm very impressed with this lightsaber.

The hilt is beautifully crafted, absolutely flawless. It feels like a much more expensive item.

The box contained a blade plug and an acrylic stand; both pleasant surprises as I didn't think these would be included.

I've given VF Sabers 5 stars. I'd mistakenly thought that sabers were in stock in the UK and hadn't anticipated a wait of around 2.5 weeks. However, in the great scheme of things, this is a minor matter.

The saber box literally came with a dispatch label on it and looks a bit of a mess after shipping. Again, not a big deal - the contents inside the box make up for the basic external packaging.

The sound fonts are plentiful but a bit gimmicky, and there are glaring omissions. However, this can be sorted ( I opted for the Profi 2.2 installation).

The chassis is somewhat difficult to dock with the internal electronics connectors and the little device attached for removing it doesn't seem very solid (basically, a metal stick that's screwed to the underside of the chassis). The battery was also not making contact with the metal connectors after charging but this was easily sorted. However, VF Sabers have one of the best guarantees on the market so this removes most worries.

All in all, a reputable company with great communication, and a solid product.

Update - unfortunately, the chassis speaker is now making an awful noise so will need repair or replacement.

Tracking app (shop) for shipment was rather “difficult”. Text messages were more helpful. Communication needs to be improved so that customers are aware if their order is going to be sent out in multiple shipments. I never agreed to “contactless” delivery, yet package was just left at my door. I wanted to have to sign for the package to ensure I actually received it. When I did have to contact customer service, they were prompt with their reply and provided the necessary information, so no problem there. My son loves his purchases, so I would consider buying again from them.

I gotta admit i was a little skeptical at first but im sure glad to have been wrong in said assumption , i received my saber and it is awesome, you won a loyal client and im sure to buy again from you in the future
