The online store was fantastic and the in-store chat was very very helpful. the site failed to update the delivery tracking but that was the only issue

I'm rewriting my review because I don't think it posted.

Let me just say that I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this saber. I purchased the Relinquisher and it has vastly exceeded all of my expectations in build quality and craftsmanship. I ordered the EcoPixel variant for the extended sound and light library as well as the powered blade.

It arrived with a partial charge which allowed me to get used to using it. My only gripe is the instructions included were a bit vague.

Thankfully, the fine people at VF saw fit to pack extra screws, as I had dropped one on my carpeted floor and it was lost to the abyss.

I am already looking to make my next purchase, have my eye on the Rebel Revanchist saber.

Customer service is extremely helpful and friendly, they will answer any and all of your questions as quickly as possible, sometimes immediately. If you need to leave the chat page, they email you, amazing.

Shipping took exactly two weeks for me as I live in the states from the time I placed my order until arrival, not bad at all, pretty standard and, they ship for free which is such a blessing.

All in all, my experience shopping and purchasing from VF has turned me in to a loyal customer and I highly recommend you do the same.

Not to mention their YouTube channels are excellent so check them out.

I was scared that it would be a scam website, but everything was top. Great Saber and quick delivery for a good price.

Lightsaber works great and I am very happy with my purchase, Will return.

Website is very easy to use and product arrived at a very reasonable time considering I ordered from New Zealand!
Only problem is I purchased the Ani lightsaber and was concerned as to why the power button was the flimsy yellow button near the bottom and not the solid red button near the top of the hilt it makes for unintentional activations and it’s in quite an awkward spot.
One other thing is this is my first expensive lightsaber I’ve bought and found the manual quite confusing since it doesn’t show the model I’ve purchased so I’m not sure on how to get and charge the battery without worrying that I’ll break the lightsaber

I've been watching their YouTube content for a while now and finally pulled the trigger on buying a saber as an early birthday present for myself. I've used the online chat because I had some questions and they were always right on top of it. Absolutely top notch service and I can't wait for the saber to arrive. I'll post a separate review for the saber when I receive it. Experience thus far has been immaculate. 11/10

These lightsabers are extremely high quality although I would like them to be a little less expensive. I know that they must take a lot to make but the price seems a little to high still. Anyways I would recommend this store and their products because I am a HUGE Star Wars fan. Also it is cool that I can say go subscribe to V games and Life YouTube and not get in trouble SO GO BUY FROM VF SABERS

The product did take a little longer than expected to come. But I was actually very surprised of the quality of the saber at the price point. It feels like a much more expensive saber even though it’s hundreds of dollars cheaper. I highly recommend this saber even if you are in the budget for a more expensive one.

It came just how I ordered it and it only took a week it came with some charge so I could check it out before I went to charge it.

Shipping has been a little longer than expected. But I believe his name is Jim, he assured me that it’s all good and was really polite. Still haven’t gotten the saber but I’m sure it’ll be here soon.

Just purchased the Noble saber that arrived today and I'm so confused how it works. Got some parts i don't even know where they go.

I bought the Saber "The Duke" It is a really nice blade and is in solid condition. The delivery time was quick only took 2 weeks for me. Blade seems pretty durable, but I will have to test it out some more. With all that being said I would recommend vfsabers for people wanting to buy a lightsaber for the first time.

Havn't bought anything just likes your videos. Thinking about buying one though.

Great quality lightsaber, looks and feels amazing. It ended up breaking but after getting in contact everything worked out. 10/10
