We would both like to thank the team…

We would both like to thank the team for coming out & rectifying our gas boiler.

Ben was extremely friendly, courteous, and very thorough whilst installing our new Worcester Bosch boiler.

A credit to the Vico Team, actually; he could do with a bigger man drill to help him, as he struggled a little with the drill he did have.

As a company that lets out homes on…

As a company that lets out homes on private etstates you think you would deal with your tenants we live on the Lancaster gardens Harworth Doncaster we have had seraval issue with one of your tenants complained to you on seraval occasions online and you have done nothing .they are obstructing our drive way and also parking on the pavements so nobody can get past I feel I have no other option now but report to highways as clearly you don’t care we are hardworking people who purchased a home with enough parking for our cars . So don’t expect someone to obstructed us getting on and off the drive also they shouldn’t even be parking a company van on the pavements as it’s against the convenants on the area .you also have another house on the Trent drive where the tenants are smoking drugs which is not what we should have to put up with you have quiet a few homes on here and there has been a lot of trouble with tenants I am not the only one complaining but I have had enough now you clearly don’t tell how to respect the area and certainly don’t tell them over they parking you need to deal with these matters and sort out your tenants

Absolutely useless

Been waiting for a new bath panel since before Christmas first they sent a plummer not a joiner then now ive been asked to leave a review on the work done 'today' when no one even came today i have 3 cameras at the front of my house to prove so. .. It has still not done! Absolute joke! In my last house with vico I reported a leak under the bath a plummer came out poked my ceiling and said no that's fine and left... 2 days later all my ceiling fell through and smashed my cooker to bits and left me with no vooker and no kitchen to do anything in for a week with 2 children! Its a bloody good job this happened at night when we was not in the kitchen!! Useless!!!!

I thought the council were bad these…

I thought the council were bad these are far worse. A machine picking all the leaves up ( and there's a lot), so they wouldn't rot the grass,may as well have been left. The machine has ruined the grass by churning most of it up. The leaves that are on the edges have been left,no hard to get them up. Mud all over the cul- de- sac left and it looks a disgrace,the worst thing is ,WE HAVE TO pay for this shocking service. You phone up and no body is interested, it doesn't affect them so not bothered. Down right shocking service.

Ridiculous housing association

Absolutely sick of this housing association as they are quick to nag for rent but cannot carry out repairs without either not showing up and claiming they do or they do a cowboy job.

94 year old charged after cancellation..

94 year old registered blind mum called Carelink to cancel her agreement after paying for over 25 years without ever using it, and was told all costs would stop immediately, only for carelink to take a payment 4 days later, when I called and questioned their actions, they said the charge would be refunded once goods returned, here we are 10 days on, goods returned on mum's behalf and no refund, is this now how businesses treat our elders.....

Caring vico

I reported that 2 light fittings in property were faulty and as we're disabled the person on duty that day her name is jo speedily helped us by contacting electrician to attend that same day ,he came,fixed the problem and we're safe to move around on an evening now well done jo,we'll done electrician,we'll done vico

The lady who took my phone call was excellent and helpful but £171 to fit me an internal kitchen door is really extreme I am trying just to keep the house warm as possible I haven’t broke the door as there has never been one fitted I pay rent so why is it the tenants responsibility when it comes to internal doors

I had several repairs from 8th Jan to present and was astounded at how quick they've been dealt with by 2 joiners and a plumber. From person taking taking my call to the workmen themselves I have been impressed by their dedication, professional but friendly manner and quality of repairs and am very grateful to Vico Homes and their staff for prompt action
