J ai quitté viki après 2 ans car les sous titres Français ne suivent plus . Et on se fait menacer d' expulsion si on se plaint , alors que l on paye un abonnement . Je déconseille . Et je trouve aussi que de plus en plus de dramas sont sont des dramas mal notés ou du déjà vus. Donc on s' ennuie sur la plateforme.

J'ai résilié mon compte chez viki car les traductions en français ne suivaient pas . 2 personnes de ma famille ont aussi résilié.
De plus on se fait critiquer quand nous émettons notre mécontentement

Je suis abonnée à Viki depuis 3 ans le reproche que je fais c est qu il n y a pas assez de séries traduites en français d souvent il y a une partie en version française puis une partie en anglais c est très frustrant car on ne peut pas visionner la série un effort et à faire de ce côté . Si vous voulez conserver et attirer des abonnés C est sur la traduction qui faut améliorer sinon le choix des séries est très diversifié

I watch Kocowa and VIKI and I enjoy the fact that VIKI has more variety, however the transitions are awful! There always seems to be an excessive use of unnecessary profanity, the words run together, and there are grammar and spelling errors.(specifically on the new drama “Nothing Uncovered” Perhaps the English translations should be proofread.

Trop long pour avoir les sous-titres en français par rapport aux sous-titres en anglais qui eux sont immédiat alors qu’on paye pour avoir les sous-titre !!

Ik vind het een goede streamingdienst,omdat je daar series kunt zien die je op Netflix niet kunt zien.
Ik betaal maar rond de 6 euro.
Vindt ik ook niet duur.
Het is alleen dat ik sommige series in het Engels moet kijken omdat ze dan nog niet vertaald zijn.
Dat is voor mij niet erg.
Ook is het zo dat je inderdaad niet alle films en series kunt zien.
Maar dat is bij Netflix ook het geval.
Kortom ik vindt ze goed.

BEWARE ON 7 DAY TRIAL OFFER

On March 31, Viki offered me a 7-day free trial via their website, to which I agreed by clicking "Yes" to the offer. However, on April 1st, Viki charged my credit card $5.99 for a monthly plan without my explicit consent. Customers must be informed during the free trial offer that they are not eligible for another free trial if they have previously availed of one. Otherwise, customers are left in the dark about their eligibility status. This practice is deceptive, as it lures customers with a free trial offer only to charge them for a monthly plan. Viki's defense is that this condition is outlined in their terms and conditions, which were not adequately disclosed during the sign-up process. According to their terms and conditions, Viki should have detected my ineligibility for the free trial after I entered my credit card number. At that point, Viki should have informed me of my ineligibility and offered an alternative plan. However, Viki failed to do so and instead automatically charged me for a monthly plan. If I am indeed ineligible for the 7-day trial, this should have been clearly communicated during the signup process. Viki's failure to do so constitutes unethical business practices.

Buongiorno, purtroppo sull'app le serie non riesco a cambiare audio in italiano o spagnolo, ma me li da solo in lingua originale e posso cambiare solo i sottotitoli .

J'avais mis 3 étoiles le 19/03/2024, ce 20/03, sans aucunes manipulations, tout est revenu à la normale, les suivis etc... donc je me dois de mettre 5 étoiles, aucuns sites de streaming n'offre des séries asiatiques pour la somme de 4.99€ par mois. Depuis 2020 je regarde des séries et film sur viki, comme sur les TOUS les autres sites de streaming, parfois il faut attendre la traduction, pour moi ce n'est pas un problème, arrête mon abonnement pour le fait que les nouvelles series visionnée ne viennent plus dans continuer à regarder et aussi pour le motif suivant, antérieurement j'ai visionné l'épisode 25 d'une série, hier l'épisode 32, le 33 n'est pas traduit, aujourd'hui je ne peux pas voir si l'épisode 33 est traduit sans revenir à l'épisode 25, je ne suis pas un intellectuel, je ne sais pas appliquer les solutions qui me sont données par VIKI

The English subtitles are nonsensical nonsense

Viki completely sensors any and ALL reviews and discussions. There is Zero freedom of speech. If they are offended by anything how ever trivial they slap a violation of community guidelines on it and delete it and that’s if they even tell you about it. Often it’s just deleted without notice. Though they have zero guidelines posted anywhere on the app.

Furthermore they will continue to charge your account no matter how you try to delete the account… if you signed up under Roku you have no way to stop them from charging you and canceling no matter how you escalate the problem ( for example you not longer have the Roku tv you initially subscribed with and your Roku account shows no such subscription) they will just tell you to cancel account in Roku even if Roku can not find any subscription…. I literally had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging my account anymore and this was a yr after trying to get their customer service department to help me …. They have terrible customer service. …. The show catalog is good but you will have to pay to watch almost anything …. If you have standard pass your paying for you still have to watch ads. Pass plus doesn’t open all movies some you still have to rent extra.

I was promised a free trial for both Plus and Standard. I signed up for a free trial Plus at first but was not allowed access to my show so switched to Standard knowing that I will get a free 7-day trial first. But it automatically charged me $59.99. I was in shock and cancelled right away but the money was already billed out of my account. I have demanded a refund but have not received any response. This is awful and very much uncalled for. I would not recommend this platform to anyone if there were such a flaw in the software.

It doesn't make sense that I was charged $59.99 for switching my plan to another free trial too. I didn't even use my subscription and cancelled it right away.

Bonjour, je viens de voir certains commentaires et je ne comprends pas la sévérité des notes 🤔perso, je n'ai pas de Pb, je trouve que c'est un bon complément à Netflix et Amazon Prime, après il est vrai que tant que j'ai des sous-titres en français ou en anglais, ça me va. Je n'ai pas eu de gros problèmes de connexion jusqu'à présent (en tout cas pas plus que sur Netflix par ex, et une seule fois la qualité d'image n'était vraiment pas top. 🤞🏻Pour ma part donc c'est un grand oui, surtout que j'y trouve des séries qu'on ne trouve pas sur Netflix ou Prime. Ma seule frustration est que certains titres ne sont pas disponibles juste parce que je suis en France. Ça m'embêterait de devoir utiliser un vpn pour contourner cela. J'espère que ce point sera amélioré. Merci.

J'ai découvert cette application par hasard en cherchant un drama coréen qui n'est plus sur Netflix.
J'ai une bonne connexion internet avec la fibre.
Malgré cela, après avoir commencé à regarder le drama que je voulais, j'ai vite été déçu par la qualité d'image qui oscillait entre le 240 et le 480p.
Moi l'ai vu en véritable HD sur Netflix,
pas de comparaison possible.
Je pensais avoir trouvé un sérieux concurrent à Netflix qui augmente un peu trop vite ses prix, mais ce n'est pas encore le cas.

The fact you have to watch 3- 4 ads, usually the same one every 3 minutes is an absolute joke. Not to mention if the ads even load or freeze, and restart the app. That's right for 3- more ads to get back to where you just were. Horribly programmed. This is just greed at its finest. 12 ads In 3 minutes without watching anything is beyond ridiculous. Find another/ better app to use. This just sucks

I’m starting not to like this app a lot of show are missing and only few show that you can watch..and mostly the good kdrama cdrama are not found

Horrible customer service. I can't believe that we have been asking for more than 3 years for profiles and they still didnt reply to a single post from their community, they are ignoring us. Then we have the issue where the progress is not saved... meme website, I hope a new company comes and dethrones them, this is my last month paying Pass Plus.

When I was almost about to finish the series I liked, viki kept blocking me from watching anything saying that I use VPN, but I did not use any vpn, anyway, I cancelled the subscription because their customer service did nothing about it.

Sono contenta che ci sia un ottimo canale per film e serie TV asiatici.
Ho installato l'app sul telefono e su Fire TV: con la versione gratuita vedevo frequentemente pubblicità ed era snervante, poi con l'abbonamento mensile le interruzioni non ci sono più state.
Ho messo 3 e non 5 stelle per 2 motivi: pagando Pass Viki alcune serie non sono complete, per alcune devo attendere 1 settimana per seguire l'episodio successivo (magari sono 18 o 20 episodi e sono al 7° e in tal modo si perde il filone narrativo e il coinvolgimento della storia, per altre serie 1 giorno ma non si sa a che ora, per chi ha l'abbonamento è eccessivo attendere così tanto.
Secondo motivo i sottotitoli: in alcune serie mi è capitato che in un episodio non ci fossero né in italiano né in Inglese, solo coreano e portoghese che non conosco! In altri episodi solo inglese ma non in italiano, mi ci posso adattare, ma ripeto, pagando l'abbonamento, questo è un disservizio.
