je suis une nouvelle abonnée et j'ai souvent des problèmes avec les sous titres en français, c'est frustrant au possible. De ce fait, je retourne à Netflix.

Kept getting stuck on commercials. The commercials will freeze and you have to log out several times to get it going again. What a big waste of time. It may just be a trick to get you to pay for the ads free option. I just went to Netflix instead.

Un an d.abonnement , je remercie toutes les équipes de traduction en français même si.il faut patienter un peu pour les avoir ( les traducteurs ne sont pas des machines et ils ont une vie aussi ) , ainsi que toutes les équipes … merci pour votre travail et je reste fidèle .

Tout les jours les drama sont traduites dans de nombreuses langues et des fois très rapidement. Effectivement pas instantanément!
Mais en même temps, ils y a des humains derrière qui j'espère ne sont pas réellement bénévoles ou des pingouins lol

Cela change des dramas produite pas les plate-forme américaines détruisant tout les codes avec plus d'effets spéciaux pour le tout publics et qui finalement revient à une série américaines

Very bad, i pay every month and sometimes the movies doesn't play in my region. Some movies are still on the air, but when i check on YouTube it will be there. So what's the use of paying for rubbish. I don't recommend this website.

I have been a Viki customer for 4 years. They are horrible at displaying the correct show times. They trick customers by displaying a wrong release date on their show and will never commit to the dare. I have videos to prove this and they will not refund your money if you complain . They aired a 17 episodes show only to stop for 30 days after the 10 th show. They will unfortunately not refund any money so when you pay your money is gone. This Chanel lacks Consistency and credibility in there air time schedule. It’s a shame! I would line to cancel but they would t give me my money back even though they failed to air the shows on my prescription in a timely manner. Don’t join this Chanel is my advice.

I wish I can red SCAM! Be careful with Rakuten Viki. I did the yearly annual and I paid one time fee and they charged my card $100 dollars when I didn’t consent to automatic payments. I have had the app since 2021 and I don’t ever recall telling them or consenting to take my money. The issue is that I ask for a refund and they told me no so I canceled the subscription. I was pissed but never again I will trust my card with this company. Just my experience just be careful!

Déjà bonjour à tout les abonnés je vais données mon avis je suis déçu de viki on paie un abonnement et on n'a pas les sous titres francais boucoup de série nul et sa reste des mois je comprends pas pourquoi il font rien pour améliorer les sous titres francais si sa continue je vais me désabonner

Des bugs, et j'ai payé des frais de douanes pour l'abonnement.

Mancano le traduzioni in italiano. Spesso le serie sono composte da diversi episodi: i primi episodi sono in italiano poi le altre tradotte in italiano solo in parte è sei più costretto a guardiate gli episodi in inglese. Lo trovò ingiusto !

Seems to have good content however keeps buffering and it is not due to my internet speed as Netflix, Disney+ etc. do fine while browsing other sites.

I was INFURIATED when this company suddenly charged my annual subscription renewal ($99) to a credit card that I had deleted from my account 2 years ago. I mean, who the heck does that? Not only was there a different card on file for 2 years now for them to charge, but insanely enough, they had already charged the new card at least once before. So why suddenly bring back a card from the dead and charge it? What?????

Anyway, I was furious at the sloppiness in their mishandling of my financial information and fired an angry message through their ticket system. To my surprise, someone actually responded to me immediately -- like within minutes. This was past 8PM Eastern Time. Not only did they respond to my initial message, but we exchanged messages back and forth several times, and my issue was resolved the same night. Furthermore, the agent was extremely professional the entire time and very thorough in both explanations and also in taking timely/immediate action.

I don't myself watch Rakuten Viki, but my subscription is actually a gift subscription for some relatives who absolutely can't live without Viki.

5 stars for good customer service over the ticket system.

bonjour a tous et toutes j'aimerai savoir si il existe un recours contre viki ? car nous faire payer un abonnement sans les sous-titres en français sur viki France c'est surréaliste a mon sens ceci est une fraude grave ! viki nous explique qu'ils ont des bénévoles passionnés qui traduisent et qui ne sont pas au top ?? viki se fait du fric illégalement sur le dos des abonnés et bénévoles depuis plusieurs années ???? d’où ma question y a t'il un recours ?? merci par avance pour vos réponses

I have been using VIKI to watch Asian dramas since 2021 and never had any issues before. I loved leaving reviews, always positive, and leave occasional comments on the forum section, always respectful of others as i am not a teenager, nor an online troll. Since a few weeks i have noticed many of my comments were cancelled and so many other people were having the same problem and complaining about it; apparently you need to be careful what you write: you cannot mention any other website or attach links as otherwise they might also suspend your account. As usuers, it is normal to share interesting external references, but VIKI apparently sees it as a thread and doesnt allow it... way to talk about freedom of speech! This is unbelieveable! I have actually left a recent review on a drama, super positive, and have mentioend My Drama List, a website where people that are passionate about dramas can share opinions and discuss new dramas. The website itself promote every streaming service indiscriminately, as it tells you where you can watch a drama. This website actually brings lot of new customers to VIKI. So i am not sure why they feel to censure a comment mentioning My Drama List.
They are not accepting freedom of speech. And i was not selling anything, i was just noting that on that website there were SOME discussion forum where people were freely discussing sections from the novel a specific drama was based on! Is not that Viki sells book, no? Was i promoting or selling something for personal interest/ or for a competitor's interest? NO!
I do not like people controlling and this is indeed a silly matter, but one that means a lot to me as it smells of dictatorship and censorship.

This is what someone from Viki customer service said in response to my complaint about deleting my review:

"After a careful review, we regret to inform you that your recent review has been deleted due to a violation of our Community Guidelines. Our guidelines strictly prohibit the posting of unauthorized promotional material or advertisements, including any mentions of other streaming services or websites, whether legal or illegal.
We encourage open discussions and feedback within our community, but we must maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to refrain from any promotional content or references to external platforms."

It was then indicated my reviewd was deleted as it was "Advertising"..... The above guideline has been interpreted by this person working for VIKI in a wrong way, to quite some extremes... it has been used wrongly as, firstly, i didnt promote anything but i have simply said that in MDL there is a forum discussing sections of the novel which is interesting to understand the drama" (are we not allowed to share where a drama is based on??? Of course it will be based on a novel! Are we not allowed to share knowledge where that book has been discussed for free? Apparently not as it goes against VIKI guidelines..) , secondly i didnt refer to any external platforms as MDL is simply a website of articles and forums.

It is with regret that i have cancelled my subscription to VIKI, i cannot accept unjustified censorship.

I will use other platforms now

I live in the UK and have been subscribing to Viki for several months paying $4.99 / month (which works out at ~£3.90). Without informing me Viki changed my payment to local currency and this month billed me £4.99 / month. I reported this straight away and asked for a refund, as I don't agree with a 1:1 exchange rate. Viki have said all account now paid in local currency and they will not give me a refund. Basically they have my money and I'm not getting it back.
I've been scammed out of about £1.10 extra this month, so I have now cancelled my subscription (it will be Viki's long term loss).
I would advise any Viki subscribers to check their account carefully, as this rouge company can increase your payment without telling you. It doesn't seem to bother them that by doing so they have broken UK laws - "They should tell you about a price increase, or any other change, 30 days before it happens.".
If this was for a larger amount I would have reported them to the ombudsman and taken them to the small claims court. But in this case I will just switch to a more reputable streaming platform and Viki loses my business.

Da 6 giorni nonostante da 2 anni abbonata, sono sparite le traduzioni in italiano,ho contattato l’assistenza è fatto come suggerito senza alcun risultato, avendo un abbonamento attivo fino ad Aprile,sono veramente frustata ,ho reimpostato altre lingue per provare se il problema fosse quello ,ma il risultato non è cambiato è sempre e solo tutto in inglese,adesso non so se se di dire l’abbonamento ma visto che ho ancora 8 mesi già pagati ,e veramente frustante,chiedo c’è qualcuno che riscontra lo stesso problema?

Le site est entrain de devenir une vrai purge a tout les niveaux. La traduction qui est quand même importante si on veut suivre un drama est catastrophique des dramas marqué 100% traduit alors qu'il y a une phrase sur deux qui n'as pas été traduite.
Le site n’arrête pas de planter sur pc que se soit Chrome ou Firefox qu'importe le navigateur le site est lent et plante sans arrêt avec le message quelque chose c'est mal passé même en pleine lecture d'un vidéo.
Je sais que les traduction sont faites bénévolement mais bon quand on voit que sur des sites illégaux ils ont des traduction de qualité supérieur a un site qui te fait payer on se dit qu'il y a vraiment un problème.
Je suis sur le site depuis 2020 et sa n'as fait que perdre en qualité.
J’espère vraiment qu'ils réglerons ses nombreux soucis et qu'il vont commencer a ne pas laisser n’importe qui traduire un drama.

Molte delle serie purtroppo non sono disponibili in Italiano o in Italia, molte altre invece contengono tanti errori e sono incomplete.

Per un servizio che costa 4,99€ al mese è inaccettabile.

Da pochi giorni ho scoperto dramaworld.it che ha una scelta molto ampia, è gratuito e permette anche di scaricare gli episodi.

I love the Content, being a huge K- Drama Fan. However the App keeps buffering and dropping out. Can’t think it’s caused by my WFI because I am not getting it with NETFLIX, PRIME, or any other streaming service. It’s a shame, because as I say I love the content and really wish the App performed better!
