Poorest quality items ive ever seen , returns are impossible , don't use this company its a scam . Id actually give zero stars .

Absolute sham! Not even that cheap. Sent some absolute tat that was supposed to be a dress. The material was so rough and scratchy you couldn’t wear it if you wanted to. The colour described as russet was in fact shocking pink. They actually ask if you want to buy more clothes at a ‘discount’ price as a refund. They talk about CO2 emissions in one email and then in another ask you to send it back to china. They will not refund despite completely miselling something. They will probably be trading under another name soon. Be wary of companies who only show clothes in one pose with no head shot and offer lots of different colours.

Their advertising other company’s clothes ,, then making out the clothes are from them ,, the pants are a disgrace not the material they say,, and baggy and wide at knee , the tops are way too small baggy under arm then tight right up near the neck and short !!! They need getting rid off ripping people off ,, they didn’t put right address on most of the address missing I had to keep ringing deliveries in uk ,,, then mora said there using another firm it took nearly two months to get to me ,, all down to me ,, I didn’t bother sending back as I thought ide never get my money back anyway

I’d give them Zero star if I could. I purchased some linen trousers (Blue and Beige in large). They are odd shaped, don’t match the advertised colours and don’t fit very well, so I requested a return/refund.
The only option given (from the one reply I received) was to have a 15% discount or an exchange at a cost of a third of the order value.
Their website clearly states 30 days returns policy.
I politely requested to arrange return/refund and never heard from them again.
Don’t waste your money, there are better suppliers out there than this crowd.
I’d also say that there looks to be a number of similar websites with the ‘same look’, potentially the same company, so make sure you check reviews first.
In the end I brought a decent fitting pair of linen trousers from M&M.

WOW….i wish had read the reviews before ordering. Seen a beautiful dress on their website, ideal for my upcoming graduation. I received an email from the company saying it will be an “international delivery@, which threw me as there was no mention of anything about the dress coming from overseas - all they branding says they are from London.

4 weeks later and said dress arrived - lovely colour as expected but that’s as far as it goes for the “nice” bit. The material was awful - so cheap and nasty. Zip doesn’t fit nicely and the whole thing looked and feels awful.

Haven’t tried it on and never will - I would never put anything so nasty and cheap on myself.

So far, I’ve sent two emails and not one has been replied to.

Personally, I think you place an order with them and the dress is then made to order by someone in China, honestly, I have had better dresses from Temu or Shein.

I would not wear this dress outside to do gardening, never mind wear it to my graduation - material is so cheap and satainy that it would even dry a floor so no good even as a rag.

NEVER buy anything from this company. Their images are wonderful and the range of styles is amazing - but the quality of manufacture is truly awful. Their offer of a refund up to 30 days is non existent - they offered a paltry 15% of the sale price or shipping back to China. Such a waste of time and money. Another run to the charity shop.

I paid too much for cheap looking imitation product. I should have trusted my gut, too many styles & products listed to be a decent retailer.

Awful! Dress was a completely different colour and style to what was shown on the advertisement. Extremely poor quality. Like others I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying.
I can't be bothered trying to fight to send it back, so it will go in a charity bag.
Complete false advertising, please avoid.

Avoid contact with this company. The goods are shipped over from abroad possibly China. If you need to return goods they ignore your emails for requests of a refund. Another email appears requesting evidence of delivery and then later a further request for a photo of the item. The team then come back eventually with a ridiculous offer of 15% of the total goods. I accepted the offer of £4.19GBP to avoid sending the item back by post. The item was taken to a charity shop.

AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS. First lie... Says UK company. They are not your items are flown in. Second lie. Says free 30 day FREE return. You have 14 days have to jump through silly hoops and have to pay! So not free. Third lie ... they wont tell you the material of their clothes. So dont do what I did buying it thinking if dont like it can return for free. As cant. Forth lie. It looks nothing like advertised. Just avoid use anyone but these!

Why didn't I read the reviews first? I feel so stupid. I hope this will help someone else avoid the mistake I made.

Diabolical company. My order (2 dresses) took over two weeks to arrive. The tracking provided showed NOTHING. The dresses are poor quality and did not fit. I am now in an email argument with their customer services as I want to return both dresses and get a refund but they are dragging this out by not providing return address and asking for photographs of the items to check they are not damaged.

The website says you have 30 days from delivery to return your items, but when talking to customer services they are saying 14 days. I sent them a screenshot and they just ignored me.

I can see from other reviews here I may not get my refund, and I may have to pay a hefty delivery cost to China.

Lesson learned. Read reviews first.

UPDATE: I finally got the agreement to return both dresses and get a refund. Shipping costs were to be paid by me. They sent through the address to return them to in China. When filling out return forms required by courier, they needed a tax number. I emailed Vilamora to retrieve the tax number and my email address has been blocked by them. CON ARTISTS. So looks like I'm stuck with two ill fitting, bad quality dresses, and nearly £50 down.

Absolutely diabolical do not use them! The dress is nothing like the picture and trying to return is a nightmare!

I thought I was buying leather sandals but what turned up were pure plastic, then the cost to return was more than the product, I will contact trading standards, this company needs shutting down!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company they scam you I cancelled my order with 10 mins got email back saying that it was cancelled. They sent the dress and I have to pay to return to China when it has London address . I think this company should be looked into.

Avoid this Scam company in China - they refused to cancel an order and if you need to return (which is likely as their products are rubbish) you must pay to send it to China. They have a UK address on the site and make it look like they’re a UK based company. Only when you read their returns information can you see they’re in China.

I ordered size 4.5 shoes but they sent a size 3 which were never gonna fit! They advised me to return at my cost. The shoes were £44.95 but the return cost with tracking post (which they asked for) for £24!! I refused to pay £24 to return shoes that were never gonna fit me in the first place. They offered me a 30% discount to keep (but they still won’t fit?!)
Took the discount and gave the shoes to charity. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they take ages to come, then when they do, they wont be what you ordered and its too expensive to return to China!

Vilamora should be shut down this company is disgraceful they state hassle free returns but ignore any contact with complaints and refund. How this company is allowed to operate is a mystery.Avoid at all cost the quality is appalling!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered anything from this company. After 15 days my order never arrived. No tracking information and then an email to say one of my dresses is out of stock and they asked if I would like to browse the website for alternatives. I demanded a refund for entire order but only received one for the dress they didn’t have. Latest message said package is lost. I’m still waiting for a reply re my refund. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY at all costs.
