RUN AWAY!!!! These low lives are scammers. They send you complete tat from china in the wrong size or that looks totally different from the pictures and then refuses to refund.

They are incompetent fools. They need to be repeatedly reported to Trading Standards so we can SHUT THEM DOWN!!

You may get a successful chargeback issued through your bank or PayPal so definitely try that.

There is no point in speaking to them they offer 20% or 30% partial refunds while continuously failing to recognise they are obligated to refund in full and cover return postage under UK Law when the order is incorrect or not fit for purpose.

They will infuriate you. Avoid!!

Do not use this company. They do not make it clear products come from China and returns are at customers expense. Plus they ask you to provide photo if article and copy of their own receipt of payment ..? Just as delaying tactic ! Then don’t follow up … with reply ..?

I really wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing a dress from this company. They are appalling. The dress is unwearable because there are no ties to secure it in place (it’s a wrap around dress). The stitching is disgraceful and looks like it’s something that has taken 10 mins to knock up on a sewing machine. The material is thin, nylon and cheap. It looks nothing like the picture advertising it.
It took two weeks to arrive. To return it they expect you to pay £9.90 and the shipping costs to China! They originally offered a 15% refund then it went up to 20 and the most I could secure was a 30% refund on a £29.99 dress however I have retained it for reporting to Trading Standards. I really hope that people read these reviews before purchasing because this company needs exposing and closing down.

Crap quality sandals, sent the wrong size. Also, it's shipped from China which is NOT made clear when you're shopping on the site.

The real stinker - when you want to return, they hit you with the options of paying £10 for another product of your choice or a pitiful 15% refund and you keep the useless item. Not this time. Will be notifying my payment provider to recoup the money.

Please save yourself the hassle, save yourself the money and avoid.

Do not use this website the products are nothing like the images at all they are from china and you have to pay more than the price of the product for shipping to get refunded. Absolute scam do not use !
